First Trip to Australia: Melbourne, Sydney, Cairns, Brisbane
On a summer morning, just past six o'clock, walking on the streets of Guangzhou, with few pedestrians and cars, the morning air was slightly cool. Suddenly, I thought of Brisbane in the Southern Hemisphere, a city somewhat similar to Guangzhou, and recalled a trip nearly a year ago. So I decided to procrastinate no longer and properly organize these memories.
Then, on a late spring morning, I opened my long-neglected personal homepage and couldn't help but chuckle at the above text, because another nine years had passed......
Following the principle of not retracing steps, I chose to enter via Melbourne and exit via Brisbane. So my first encounter with Australia was this world's most livable city.
Accommodation: Radisson on Flagstaff Gardens Melbourne
Checked the Ctrip order: 3 nights for 3627. It was my first long-distance solo trip, and I was traveling with my daughter, so safety and comfort were important. I didn't dare save too much, so I chose a standard hotel. My first experience with Radisson was pleasant; outside the hotel was an unbeatable park view, and although the decor was simple, it was extremely clean.
Street scenes: A few pictures above. Architecture full of history, vintage trams. Melbourne is like a huge architectural museum.
