01 Yuelu Mountain
Yuelu Mountain is the top must-visit attraction in Changsha. Not only is the scenery beautiful, but the Yuelu Academy at its foot also adds a unique cultural touch. Key sights like Yuelu Academy and Evening Sun Pavilion are concentrated near the west gate; if you don't want to hike, you can enter directly from the west gate. Yuelu Mountain is a rare national AAAAA-level scenic area integrating "mountain, water, isle, and city." Within the scenic area, you'll find Yuelu Academy, Aiwan Pavilion, Lushan Temple, Yunlu Palace, the former site of the Xinmin Society, Huang Xing's Tomb, Cai E's Tomb, the former wartime headquarters of the Ninth War Zone, and other attractions.

02 Orange Isle (Juzizhou)
"Alone in the autumn cold, the Xiangjiang flows northward; at Orange Isle's head, I see a thousand crimson hills and layers of tinted forests…" Chairman Mao's depiction of Changsha's autumn is colorful and majestic, breaking away from traditional melancholy and painting a vivid picture of the Xiangjiang River in autumn, making one eager to see it firsthand. Walking along Orange Isle to its tip, you'll see the statue of Mao Zedong as a young man standing at the head of the isle. Standing there, you can appreciate the beauty described in his poem and feel his youthful ambition and vigor, inevitably sighing that all scenic descriptions are actually expressions of emotion.

03 Changsha Window of the World
Changsha Window of the World is a large comprehensive theme park that combines cutting-edge fashion events, large-scale mechanical rides, replicas of world architectural wonders, multicultural song and dance performances, and film sets. Here you'll find not only scaled-down replicas of classic buildings from around the world but also exaggerated attractions, allowing you to see famous global sites without leaving China. 04 Hunan Provincial Museum
A city's museum represents its past, and the Hunan Provincial Museum perfectly showcases the essence of Xiang Chu civilization. It houses a rich collection of precious cultural relics from the Hunan region, especially the Mawangdui Han Dynasty tombs and Shang-Zhou bronzes. Highly recommended for a visit, it allows you to understand the entire historical process of Hunan civilization and appreciate the essence of Hunan culture. The Hunan Provincial Museum has been featured on the show National Treasure, making it a museum well worth visiting.

05 Wuyi Square Area (Taiping Street, Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, Jiefang West) (Suitable for night tours)
Wuyi is the center of Changsha's nightlife. Jiefang West Road's bars and Taiping Street's snacks are all located here—equivalent to Jiefangbei in Chongqing or Nanluoguxiang in Beijing. This is one of the busiest areas in Changsha, integrating shopping, dining, leisure, and entertainment. It features many brand stores and brings together snacks from all over the country, but it's especially a hub for Changsha's local specialties. At night, the area becomes lively with neon lights and a bar street, allowing you to fully experience the warmth of the people of Changsha.

06 Liuyang Dawei Mountain Park
Liuyang Dawei Mountain is an excellent place for relaxation and health. The vegetation coverage rate of Dawei Mountain reaches 99.5%, and the negative oxygen ions produced by mountain streams, springs, and waterfalls are as high as 85,900 per cubic centimeter, making it a "natural oxygen bar" ideal for wellness. The park's scenic spots also have their own charm. From April to May each year, the azaleas on Dawei Mountain bloom, dyeing the entire mountainside and attracting countless visitors to enjoy and photograph the flowers. Liuyang cuisine, especially Liuyang steamed dishes, is also a mouthwatering delicacy.
