We rented a car upon arrival at Changsha Airport, costing just over a hundred yuan per day excluding fuel. Self-driving is particularly convenient! Regarding public transportation: By plane - arrive at Changsha Huanghua Airport, take the airport bus to the West Bus Station (departures at intervals, 1 hour, ticket price 31.5 yuan).
