‼️ About Epidemic Prevention Policies

▪️ Need a 48-hour nucleic acid test report to enter Changsha. If you can't get one in time, you can also get tested upon arrival.

▪️ If coming from a low-risk area, you need to participate in three-day testing, and register on the mini-program 'My Changsha'.

▪️ Apply for the Hunan Health Code in advance, on the WeChat public account 'Hunan Resident Health Card'. It is needed for taking transportation and entering public places.

▪️ Currently, to enter Changsha scenic spots and public places, a 72-hour test result is sufficient.

The weather is gradually turning cool. The temperature in November-December is roughly 14-25°C. Remember to check the weather forecast before traveling and bring several fleece sweaters and jackets.

1. Airport: Airport bus to the train station, or maglev to Changsha South Railway Station, and take a legal taxi.

2. High-speed rail: Two subway lines from Changsha South Station lead to most parts of Changsha, including the city center.

3. Train station: Located in the city center, you can walk directly to the subway station after exiting.

4. Subway/Bus: The subway is the preferred mode of transportation in Changsha. Remember to download the 'Changsha Metro' app first, as it's needed for subway, bus, and maglev. Travel is very convenient.

(Note: Do not take unlicensed taxis/motorcycles at the airport or train station, as they are both unsafe and scams.)

‼️ How to get to the city center?

Changsha Airport - City Center Wuyi Square: First take the maglev, transfer to Metro Line 6 to Renmin Road, then transfer to Line 2 to Wuyi Square; or follow the airport bus, where staff will take you to the bus station.

Changsha South Railway Station - City Center Wuyi Square: Transfer to Metro Line 2 within the station, ride 11 stops, get off at Wuyi Square station.

Four-Day Changsha Itinerary:

Day 1: Stay near Wuyi Square - IFS International Finance Center - Huangxing Pedestrian Street - Pozi Street - Du Fu River Pavilion

Day 2: Yuelu Mountain - Yuelu Academy - Hunan University - Orange Isle

Day 3: Xie Zilong Photography Museum - Li Zijian Art Museum - Super Wenheyou

Day 4: Ancient Kaifu Temple - Hunan Provincial Museum - Nanmenkou Food Street

Accommodation recommended near Wuyi Square, close to the city center, with dining, entertainment, and convenient transportation nearby.

Be sure to book a homestay in advance to avoid having no good options. When choosing a homestay, also pay attention: many are shabby and have poor security; screen carefully.

Orange Isle is a sandbar in the Xiangjiang River in Changsha, considered a symbol of Changsha. Every tourist to Changsha comes here to take photos with the statue.

2. Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area

Recommended: go up from the north gate by cable car to the top, then walk down to the south gate. This saves energy. Most scenic spots inside are gathered near the south gate, convenient for detailed viewing.

3. Li Zijian Art Museum

A modern public welfare art museum, always free to the public. It's a good place for spiritual relaxation. Sisters who like exhibitions can check it out.

4. Hunan Museum

Important: Be sure to purchase a guide service! Be sure to purchase a guide service! Be sure to purchase a guide service! This way, you can better understand the entire history of Mawangdui!

5. Hunan Provincial Forest Botanical Garden

Has many plants and flowers, suitable for taking photos. Visit during blooming seasons: spring for cherry blossoms and tulips, summer for roses, monthly roses, and hydrangeas – it's like being in a movie blockbuster.

6. Xie Zilong Photography Museum

Right next to Li Zijian Art Museum, great for photography. Mainly related to photography and film art exhibitions. Viewing exhibitions requires an additional fee.

Kaifu Temple is one of the key Buddhist temples open in China, listed as a key cultural relic protection unit in Hunan Province. Come here to pray for good fortune!

8. Huangxing Pedestrian Street

Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street is one of the most prosperous areas in Changsha. The pedestrian commercial street has a huge variety of snacks. Every time I go, there are long lines.
