Dalian is inherently a fashionable and romantic city. With its diverse exotic streets and countless centuries-old European buildings, it makes you feel as if you are in Europe; the undulating coastline, the ebb and flow of the tides, and the picturesque seaside scenery all let you experience the romance of Dalian.

Dalian's food culture is rooted in Shandong cuisine, blending influences from multiple countries and the characteristics of Northeast China to form a rich and diverse Liaodong cuisine culture. At the same time, Dalian's seafood has become a major local specialty. Thanks to nature's bounty, the seafood of the Liaodong Peninsula has long been famous without need for elaborate cooking. The vast ocean gifts Dalian with the richest, freshest, and most exotic seafood products, not only giving the local accent a hint of oyster flavor but also adding an indispensable feature to Dalian's dining tables—seafood—forming a unique food culture of this city.

In Dalian, you must try various seafood dishes, Japanese cuisine, Korean cuisine, Northeast Chinese dishes, and iron pot stews.

If you want to understand this unfamiliar yet charming city, you must start with its museum! On the beautiful Xinghai Bay, there stands an elegant and grand building that combines Chinese and Western modern styles - it is the [Dalian Modern Museum]. This is a comprehensive museum named after the city, focusing on showcasing Dalian's urban history and development.

Dalian Modern Museum is mainly divided into two special exhibition halls and two temporary exhibition halls. It mainly displays fine cultural relics from domestic and foreign museums. The first floor is a temporary exhibition hall, usually displaying some famous calligraphy and painting works; the second floor is the main exhibition hall, showing the history and urban construction of Dalian over the past century. The basic exhibitions are divided into four major themes: "Urban Style," "Soaring Economy," "Romantic Capital," and "Century Retrospect," as well as a special exhibition on "Modern Dalian." Here you can see cultural relics such as the Beiyang Protection Stele from the Beiyang Navy Camp during the First Sino-Japanese War, the door of the Naval Office, and Russian naval mines from the Russo-Japanese War, and you can also learn about the contemporary urban construction process of Dalian. The third floor is a popular science exhibition on nuclear power and environmental protection; the fourth floor is a temporary exhibition hall that frequently changes themes. Dalian Museum is a condensed history of Dalian and a vivid encyclopedia of Dalian, showing the world the rapid development and vigorous vitality of Dalian, and opening a window for the world to understand and know Dalian.

One of the must-taste foods in Dalian is seafood. There is a saying in Dalian: "No seafood, no feast." Every meal has seafood, and it is indispensable for entertaining guests. Visitors from all over the world are amazed by the live seafood of Dalian. In Dalian, eating seafood and taking seafood with you when you leave seems like a seafood trend. The fresh seafood flavor spreads across the country. The first seafood meal we had was at [Qiankuli Seafood Buffet], said to be a local internet-famous restaurant loved by local diners. The restaurant is spacious and bright, with a hall and private rooms, providing a comfortable dining environment. The service is warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The staff helps cut crabs and asks if we need more dishes and whether we are full. Chatting with them made me feel the warmth of Dalian people. The restaurant offers three categories: seafood, hot pot, and barbecue. All varieties are rich and fresh: lively crabs, large and plump scallops, big and fresh oysters, sweet salmon, and large sweet shrimp... all are free for you to choose freely, making it the best restaurant to achieve seafood freedom. In addition, you must not miss the fat "shrimp monster" - hermit crabs. Hermit crabs are crabs that live in sea snail shells. Eating hermit crabs is particular: first pull out the shrimp line at the tail, then eat the whole belly. The taste is rich and slightly bitter, with a fatty feeling like eating crab roe, but even more satisfying. It is very delicious. At the restaurant, we recommend the hot pot. Each table has its own small hot pot with spicy or clear broth options. On a winter day, sitting around the stove with friends, cooking seafood and chatting over drinks, is really the best thing. It is worth mentioning that the drinks in the restaurant are free and unlimited. The seafood buffet costs just over 200 yuan per person, with a wide variety and diversity - no wonder it has become a local internet-famous restaurant. If you come to Dalian to find seafood, you must visit this place!

After eating and drinking, you can go to Xinghai Square to enjoy the night view of [Xinghai Bay Bridge]. Located on the south side of Xinghai Square, Xinghai Bay Bridge is the longest cross-sea bridge in Northeast China and the first sea-anchored suspension bridge in China. The Dalian Southern Coastal Avenue Cross-Sea Bridge is about 6 kilometers long, with a main bridge of 820 meters, a main span of 460 meters, and two side spans of 180 meters each. Starting from Jinyin Mountain east of Dalian's Golden Beach in the east, it spans Xinghai Bay westward and lands on reclaimed land in the High-Tech Zone. After completion, it will become an important part of Dalian's "seven vertical and seven horizontal" road network. Currently, Xinghai Bay has become a new tourist attraction and a new landmark in Dalian. Whether at sunset or after dark, Xinghai Bay Bridge shows its infinite charm. Recommended photo spots: 1. Observation platform at the top of Xijianshan Park (best place to shoot the sunrise over the bridge); 2. Lianhua Mountain Xishan Ladder Viewing Platform on Binhai Road (best place to shoot the sunset, night view, and advection fog); 3. Above the Lianhua Mountain Tunnel entrance on Binhai Road (can capture both east and west directions of the bridge and the full three-dimensional interweaving of upper and lower layers); 4. Sculpture Park at the west exit of the bridge (can capture the orderly arrangement of bridge piers); 5. Natural History Museum (can capture sunrise); 6. Position of the bridge tower in the middle (can capture the winding bridge body from east to west).

If you ask where Dalian's fashion is reflected, I think it is around [Qingniwa] to [Zhongshan Square] and [Youhao Square]. Qingniwa is an old street in downtown Dalian. It began to take shape in the mid-Qing Dynasty. Because the road was poor, uneven, and full of mud, it was called Qingniwa. Qingniwa is located in the city's most prosperous commercial, financial, tourism, and information center, extending east to Minsheng Street and Yan'an Road (including Zhongshan Square). Zhongshan Square is circular with radiating roads, and 10 main roads radiate in all directions. The buildings around the square were mostly built at the beginning of this century, with Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, and eclectic styles, full of European flavor. Most of these buildings are now used by financial institutions, making it the financial center of Dalian. Opposite the square is Dalian Hotel, a three-star hotel built in 1909 during Japanese rule, which was the most upscale hotel in Dalian at the time, called Yamato Hotel. The protruding round platform in the center of the square is an open-air stage, a public entertainment venue for citizens. There are many pigeons on the square where you can feed them or sit there listening to locals talk, experiencing the lively atmosphere of Dalian. Connected to [Zhongshan Square], [Youhao Square] is located at the intersection of Dalian's busiest commercial street and the busiest central business district, east of Zhongshan Square, west of Victory Square, and north of Tianjin Street. It witnesses and interprets the vigorous development of Dalian. When you go to [Youhao Square], you can see the eye-catching "crystal ball" in the center of the square. This crystal ball weighs 117 tons, has a diameter of 15 meters, and is composed of 3,120 coated and transparent glass panels. Inside, there are 7,852 red, yellow, and green lights that flash and change into various brilliant colors at night, making it very beautiful.

[People's Square] was formerly called Stalin Square. To commemorate the Soviet Red Army's liberation of Dalian, a monument to Soviet soldiers was erected here. Later, the monument was moved to the Soviet Memorial Garden in Lüshun, and the square was renamed People's Square. The square faces the Dalian Municipal Government, with the Intermediate People's Court on the west and the Public Security Bureau on the east. There are also pigeons to feed here. This place is suitable for a stop along the way.

If you want to experience the romance of Dalian, [One Castle Hotel] is one of the places. This place was recommended by local friends. [Castle Hotel] is located in Xinghai Square and is a favorite starting point for tourists along Binhai Road. The Bavarian castle-style exterior of the hotel has become a landmark building in Dalian. The 5th-floor sky garden is considered a must-visit by many couples and internet celebrities. Overlooking from the 5th floor, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Xinghai Bay. In addition, the hotel has more than 200 guest rooms and suites and more than 60 hotel apartments, all exquisitely decorated and fully equipped. The hotel's restaurants, whether the Zhenbao Chinese Restaurant or the Jibiao Flagship Restaurant, will use fresh ingredients to create a feast for the senses; the lobby bar offers authentic themed afternoon teas and refined cocktails.

Staying at [One Castle Hotel] will give you unprecedented romance.

In addition to seafood, traditional Northeast cuisine is also a must in Dalian. [Pinhai Lou] is one of them. [Pinhai Lou] is a long-established local restaurant and a recognized traditional Northeast cuisine restaurant by local diners. Environment: Pinhai Lou has several branches; this one is next to the Tiger Beach Fisherman's Wharf. It is a standalone Russian-style villa, with a blue-and-white marine theme and various nostalgic decorations, such as a large and small train carriage, old cars, trams, TVs, radios, and other nostalgic trinkets on the second-floor sky garden - retro and charming. It has a hall and private rooms, with dedicated service in the private rooms, which is meticulous and warm. The restaurant mainly serves Northeast cuisine with a rich variety, and the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is praised by many.

"Pinhai Small Octopus": Octopus is cooked by deep-frying until golden, with a fragrant and savory taste, chewy texture, and crispy tentacles. This dish is an internet-famous dish in the restaurant and is praised by everyone.

"Stir-fried Conch Slices with Cabbage": One of the restaurant's signature dishes. Stir-frying cabbage with conch slices creates a fresh, crispy, and refreshing taste that goes perfectly with rice.

"Fresh Shrimp and Celery Balls": A very refreshing-looking dish. Fresh shrimp is mashed into a paste and mixed with celery pieces. You can taste the light fragrance of celery and the sweetness of the shrimp. It is nutritious and suitable for all ages.

"Home-Stewed Large Yellow Croaker": Also a popular dish. The fresh yellow croaker is cooked in traditional sweet and sour sauce. The fried fish is crispy, tender, and fragrant. Dipped in sweet and sour sauce, it is appetizing and not greasy.

"Mackerel Dumplings": How can you not eat dumplings in Dalian? Mackerel dumplings are a famous local staple. The filling is made with fresh mackerel, and the dumplings are tender and juicy - truly a delicacy!

There are also dishes like "Stone Pot Sea Urchin Tofu," "Garlic Steamed Fresh Scallops with Vermicelli," and "Sauce-Seafood Mixed Grain Buns." After eating and drinking, you can walk around the Fisherman's Wharf, enjoy the sea breeze, and experience the local architectural style.

[Dalian Railway Station] is a famous old building in Dalian, built in 1937. Although it is old, its appearance is well-preserved and blends well with modern buildings. Opposite the station are the traditional trams [Route 201] and [Route 202]. The history of trams in Dalian began in 1909, and Dalian is the only city in mainland China where tram service has never been interrupted. Currently, two tram lines, 201 and 202, remain, allowing you to experience the charm of Dalian along the way. The trams have a retro exterior, with a green appearance that still feels historic. Inside, you can still see characteristic wooden interiors. Sitting inside, you slowly pass through the central city, watching the people and experiencing the rhythm of Dalian's life. Currently, there are two tram lines in Dalian, 201 and 202. You can choose according to your route.

Starting from the railway station, take tram 201 to the end, walk about 100 meters, and you will arrive at [Zhongyang Avenue] (Central Avenue) Square. There is a specialty food street inside the square - [Xi'an Road Night Market Snack Street], which is the only indoor snack street in Dalian. This snack street is very popular among young people. It is bustling and offers a wide variety of foods, such as Dalian seafood, internet-famous snacks like fried dough sticks wrapped with glutinous rice cakes, braised skewers, Leshan Bored Bored Chicken, drinks, desserts, Japanese cuisine, etc. Here, you feel like you can taste all the food in Dalian, full of happiness.

Dalian Donggang Business District is located at the northeast end of the city, bordered by the Yellow Sea to the north and Nanshan to the south. It is an important business base, financial center, information hub, company headquarters, core of modern cultural life and tourism, R&D institution, and gathering place for high-level talents. Donggang Business District is the only high-end business district in the main urban area of Dalian that integrates finance, commerce, conference, tourism, culture, and leisure entertainment. At night, when viewed from above, thousands of lights shine brightly, and tall buildings are adorned with jewels, turning streets into shining rivers of light. How can you miss Japanese cuisine when visiting Dalian? Due to geographical proximity, Dalian has countless connections with Japan. Besides seafood and kebabs, Japanese cuisine is a must-try. [Hongye Japanese Cuisine] is worth a visit. [Hongye Japanese Cuisine] is a long-established restaurant in Dalian, open for 20 years. The restaurant is simply decorated, with private rooms and a hall, offering both a la carte and buffet options. The buffet has three tiers with different prices. I chose the middle tier. Ordering is done by dedicated waitstaff, but when it's busy, you have to rely on your memory to identify dishes. Recommended dishes: Except for designated dishes that cannot be ordered, basically everything you can eat in Japanese cuisine is available. Sashimi platter: Salmon, tuna, and sweet shrimp are all unlimited. If you order many varieties, the waitstaff can arrange a platter. The sashimi is sweet and thick - love it! Abalone: One per person, fresh abalone pan-fried until golden. The abalone is thick and chewy, very tasty. Crab shell: Almost everyone orders this dish. Under the cheese is crab meat, sweet and delicious. Cheese-baked shrimp: A must for cheese lovers. Fresh shrimp are butterflied and topped with thick cheese, sweet and fragrant - great! Assorted tempura: I always order tempura when eating Japanese cuisine. Fresh shrimp or vegetables are battered and deep-fried until golden, served with special tempura sauce. Each bite is super satisfying! Pan-fried foie gras: The foie gras is pan-fried with red wine, tender and smooth, with a hint of sweetness - unbeatable!

Dalian has many distinctive homestays, and [Jinli Designer Homestay] is one of them. Located near Xinghai Square, it is only a 5-minute walk from Heishijiao Metro Station. The pure, rough white walls, white and wood tones creating a modern feel, and arch structures with strong Mediterranean style make you feel like you are in Santorini, as if the quiet blue waves of the Aegean Sea are near. The first floor of the homestay is a shared coffee shop. With a cup of coffee, sitting quietly by the window, the aroma of coffee relaxes your mind, allowing you to enjoy moments of solitude. At this moment, the noisy outside world has nothing to do with you. The homestay has more than a dozen different room types. The rooms are fully equipped, with smart home features. The staff is attentive and makes you feel at home.

You must visit Lüshun when in Dalian. Lüshun is about 50 kilometers from downtown Dalian.

Does the sea have boundaries? Look at the Yellow Sea-Bohai Sea boundary line. The natural boundary between the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea lies on the line between Laotie Mountain in Lüshun, Liaoning, and Tianheng Mountain in Penglai, Shandong. The tides of the two seas converge here, forming a dividing line. The water of the Yellow Sea on the east is dark blue, while the Bohai Sea on the west appears turbid, slightly yellowish. This is a natural phenomenon caused by the seabed trench. The clear water flow, yellow and blue distinct, creates deep rapids and whirlpools at the boundary, making a roaring sound. Standing here, you can see the unique spectacle of "the Yellow Sea is not yellow, the Bohai Sea is not blue." This is the only visible boundary line between two seas in China.

Lüshun Military Port is located at the southwestern tip of the Liaodong Peninsula, on the north coast of the Yellow Sea. The port opens to the southeast, with the majestic Golden Mountain on the east, Laohuwei Peninsula on the west, and the towering Laotie Mountain to the southwest. Surrounded by these, the natural advantage of Lüshun Port is known as a "wonder of the world." In 1880, the Qing government built the Beiyang Navy here, and Lüshun became a military fortress. Lüshun Military Port became one of the world's famous five military ports at that time. There are many types of warships and vessels in the port, which are military restricted areas and not open to tourists, but you can view them from afar at the Military Port Park.

Baiyu Mountain Scenic Area is located in the center of Lüshun city and is one of Dalian's top ten scenic spots. Baiyu Mountain is 130 meters high. Climbing to the top offers a panoramic view of the entire Lüshun Port and the natural sandbar "Laohuwei" extending from the opposite mountain. It is the best vantage point in Lüshun District. The Baiyu Mountain Tower at the top is the main attraction, and inside the tower is the Naval Weapons Museum, which houses over 600 types of modern weapons. The scenic area has few attractions and can be visited in less than half a day. There are winding roads to the top from the northeast and south of the area, and it is close to Lüshun Railway Station and Bus Station, so you can take a taxi from the station.

Iron pot stew is a famous Northeast dish with a long history, popular in the Northeast for 300 years. In the coastal city of Dalian, besides seafood, [iron pot stew] is also a must-try. Iron pot stew mainly uses fish, but now it has evolved into various stews, such as stewed ribs, stewed goose, and stewed chicken. [Xiao Xifu Iron Pot Stew] is an old shop in Lüshun that has been serving only three dishes for ten years, and iron pot stew is one of them. The restaurant has a Northeast kang style, with red flower background walls, wooden tables, and chairs that are very down-to-earth. This iron pot stew mainly includes seafood and fish, with palm-sized abalone and prawns. When the pot is opened, steam rises with a rich aroma. The fish is tender and smooth; the prawns are chewy; the abalone is springy; and the flavor is very fresh. The side dishes absorb the freshness of the seafood, making the soup color beautiful and leaving a lingering fragrance, especially the small steamed rolls and corn cakes soaked in the broth. One side is golden and crispy, the other soft and full after absorbing the soup - you will fall in love with these pastries at first bite. Seven or eight people sit around the stove, and a hot iron pot stew warms you from the tip of your tongue to your heart. Here, you can experience the strong folk customs of Northeast China. If you visit Lüshun in Dalian, we recommend it!

Cock's Comb Mountain is located in Lüshunkou District, divided into east and west parts. West Cock's Comb Mountain is at Laohuwei estuary, and the east is the site of the Russo-Japanese War. The Cock's Comb Mountain scenic area mainly refers to East Cock's Comb Mountain. Located in the northeast of Lüshunkou District, the area is hilly with green pines and a large number of cultural landscapes. It is one of the important battlefields of the Russo-Japanese War. Forts such as the East Cock's Comb Mountain North Fort, Songshushan Fort, and Wangtai Fort are scattered throughout the mountains, serving as the main cultural landscape of the entire scenic area.

Located on the B1 floor of the Kempinski Hotel at No. 92 Jiefang Road, it has a superior location and convenient transportation. The bar features a German farmhouse style with original wood, spacious and comfortable. The tavern has its own brewing furnace, and the beer is homemade and tastes great. There are many types of beer: dark beer is thick, light beer is soft, and the malt aroma is rich. Every night, there is a band playing beautiful music that makes people intoxicated. You can watch live performances while dining in the hall. The private rooms are large and comfortable, with various beer posters on the walls, creating a strong alcohol atmosphere throughout the restaurant. You can experience Dalian's nightlife here!

Because of a homestay, I fell in love with a city. [Anbu Seaview Retro Homestay] is such a place. Located in the Tiger Beach Fisherman's Wharf Harbor, it faces the Yellow Sea to the south and has convenient transportation. It is at the intersection of must-visit attractions in Dalian, such as Xinghai Square, Tiger Beach Ocean Park, Bangchuidao, Venice Water City, Fujiazhuang Beach, and Forest Zoo. The owners of the homestay are a post-80s couple who love collecting antiques. They have integrated their beloved collections and old stories into the Anbu Boutique Retro Homestay. The first floor of the homestay is a 180-square-meter super-large coffee shop and shared space. The antiques brought back from Seattle hide countless stories, turning this place into a "museum" where you can stay. The old times pass by here, hiding the owner's love for this place. The homestay has 12 comfortable guest rooms. The landscape rooms have large floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the magnificent sea, silent fishing boats, and the afterglow of the sunset into a naturally beautiful painting. Leaning on the railing on the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent and tranquil sea views. Order a cup of rich American coffee and savor it during the sunset. From then on, there are flowers in three seasons, scenery in all seasons, facing the sea, and one look is a hundred years.

In Northeast China, how can you miss trying "Korean cuisine"? [Enni Xiaomu Wu Rice Wine House] is a very popular rice wine house in Dalian and a top-rated restaurant. The decoration style is uniquely Korean, with wood-colored tables and chairs, low doors and walls, lattice windows, and other Korean elements. The restaurant is spacious and has a hall and private rooms. In addition to the familiar kimchi, rice cakes, soybean paste soup, and cold noodles, the restaurant also creates many unique dishes.

Cold Crab: This is a must-order dish when eating Korean cuisine. Fresh crabs are marinated to a moderate spiciness, with thick and fresh meat - very tasty!

Spicy Chicken Feet: A signature dish loved by diners. The chicken feet are so soft that they fall off the bone, coated with sweet and spicy sauce, spicy and sweet - very enjoyable!

Xiaomu Wu BBQ: The beef is sweet, with refreshing cucumber and onion shreds. Recommended.

Spicy Chicken Wings: The chicken wings are likely fried and then coated with sweet and spicy sauce. They look very spicy but actually have a fragrant chicken taste with a hint of spice and sweetness - I quite like them.

Spicy Stir-fried Sea Spirit Mushroom: At first glance, you don't know what this dish is. After asking, I learned that the white rice-like particles are octopus suckers. Stir-fried with onions and peppers, it is quite spicy but addictive. Spicy lovers should try it.

Tuna Rice Balls: I really like these rice balls. They are large, wrapped in seaweed with plenty of filling, and you can taste the tuna immediately. One big bite is very satisfying.

Blood Sausage: Also recommended. Grilled on a stone plate until sizzling, crispy on both sides. Dip in the special sauce, and it never feels greasy.

Stone Plate Tofu: I didn't expect the tofu to be so tender. Served sizzling hot in a stone pot, it warms the heart and stomach - I love it!

Army Stew: When watching Korean dramas, this big pot of ingredients makes your mouth water. It has various ingredients and special instant noodles, topped with thick cheese, with great taste and generous portions, perfect for sharing among several people.

Kimchi Pancake: Another favorite of mine. Kimchi pancake is a Korean snack. The crispy pancake has rich layers, is irresistibly fragrant, and so delicious that it changes your life! Must order!

Rice Wine: How can you eat Korean food without drinking rice wine? Their rice wine comes in many flavors, such as mango, banana, and corn. It is sour and sweet, with low alcohol content, very suitable for women.

From the perspective of food, the Korean ethnic group's cuisine integrates Korean characteristics while also incorporating Chinese food culture from the Northeast region, creating the unique culinary style of this restaurant. When in Dalian, remember to try it!

The most beautiful coastline of Dalian is in the south of the city, where mountains and sea meet, from Bangchuidao and Tiger Beach in the east to Xinghai Park in the west, connected by Binhai Road that winds along the mountains by the sea. Yanwoling and Beida Bridge are on this stunning coastal road. Yanwoling is located in the Fujiazhuang Scenic Area on the middle section of Binhai Road in Dalian, covering an area of 0.8 square kilometers. The mountain range runs east-west, forming a ridge about 1 km long. Because black swallows often come here, it is called Yanwoling. Yanwoling is a steep cliff. Looking down from the mountainside, there are several sail-shaped rocks standing in the water near the shore, and the sound of waves hitting the rocks is incessant. Standing on the rocks by the shore, the view is no longer open like from the mountain; the blue waves rush towards you, squeezing the space around you, and the black reefs silently show their strength in the waves. Beida Bridge is located between the Tiger Beach Scenic Area and the Yanwoling Scenic Area on Binhai Road in Dalian. It is a land bridge spanning a valley near the sea and mountains. It is the key point connecting the east-west Binhai Road throughout the entire coastal scenic area of Dalian and also a spectacular and beautiful scenic spot in the western part of Tiger Beach and neighboring Yanwoling. The views from the walkways on both sides of the bridge are excellent. After sunset, the afterglow of the setting sun spreads over the sea, like an oil painting, absolutely beautiful.

Although Fujiazhuang Park is called a park, it is actually a beautiful seaside bathing beach. Fujiazhuang Seaside Bathing Beach is one of the four major seawater baths in Dalian, stretching from Baoyuzhu in the east to Nandating Tunnel in the west, and from Binhai Road in the north to the coastal area. The bath is known for its open views, new buildings, and complete facilities. There is also a beautiful legend here: a dragon girl and a fisherman met and fell in love, making this place a famous marine entertainment center in Dalian.

To enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dalian, you must go to the Lianhua Mountain Observation Deck. Dalian Lianhua Mountain Observation Deck stands on the coast and is the first commanding height to appreciate Dalian's scenery. To the northeast, you can see Dalian Port, Dalian Bay, and Jinzhou Bay; looking southwest, you can have a panoramic view of Xinghai Bay; to the southeast, Fujiazhuang Beach and the cross-sea bridge are clearly visible; looking straight ahead, the coastal road winds east and west, with islands scattered in the sea, and the Goddess of the Sea sits quietly in the Yellow Sea, blessing good weather and fulfilling wishes. The Lianhua Mountain Observation Deck provides the best angle and height for a bird's-eye view of the entire city of Dalian. Dalian Lianhua Mountain Observation Deck is built on the highest peak in the urban area, with an altitude of 259.6 meters (meaning "Love me for a long time"). This is the romantic capital of Dalian, the commanding height of love and vows; it is the best place to climb for blessings for your loved ones. The observation deck ticket alone costs only 20 yuan. On the second floor is the 2596 Internet-famous Coffee Shop, with white interior decoration that blends with the seaside. Through the 360-degree glass windows, you can enjoy the view of the cross-sea bridge. The third floor is an outdoor observation platform, where you can not only overlook the boundless sea but also use high-power binoculars to view the beautiful urban landscape of Dalian.

As a famous Russian cuisine on Dalian's food list, it is a must-try. In the Venice Water City in Donggang, there is such a Russian restaurant - Olegg Russian Music Restaurant (Donggang Branch). The restaurant is decorated in Russian style, with Russian nesting dolls, wooden tables and chairs, and tableware with Russian elements. The space is very large, with a stage, and there are resident singers performing every night where you can request songs. The rough and bold nature of Russians can be experienced in their food! Must-order "Russian Pork Skewer": cut into large pieces, skewered, and grilled until golden, the pork is tender and juicy. Dip in chili powder and enjoy the feeling of eating meat! Eat the skewer while it's hot! "Kiev-style Roast Chicken": the whole chicken is roasted to a bright red, golden crispy skin with tender meat. Dip in the special sauce, and it has a unique flavor. "Russian Braised Beef in Pot": The shape is very special. A puff pastry covers the pot, making it hard to guess the dish. After opening, it's full of thick tomato soup and beef. This is a main Russian dish. The tomato soup is sour, with tender beef braised until soft. The combination is sweet, salty, and sour, very appetizing. "Fried Potato Slices": golden and attractive, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, dipped in tomato sauce, absolutely satisfying! Great as an appetizer with drinks. "Grilled Sausage Plate": also worth trying. The sausage is Russian-made, grilled, with a firm texture. One bite and the juice bursts in your mouth. Pair with a glass of Russian craft beer. Amidst the dappled light, the live music blends with the restaurant style and food, creating a strong Russian atmosphere. You feel as if you are in Russia, wanting to enjoy the beauty of time and taste the food.

For the night, you can choose to stay at [Sishi Jingyu Beach Resort Hotel]. In Amber Bay, Dalian, I found an aesthetics hotel - [Dalian Sishi Jingyu Hotel]. The two buildings of the hotel were designed by the world-renowned Graft Architecture Firm. They found the scale and angle from reefs and rafts, creating a "natural LOW architecture" style. The two standalone hotels face the sea, with a shape like the tail fin of a giant whale, blending with the sea and showcasing a unique aesthetic of distance. All rooms in Sishi Jingyu are in a simple "austere" style, with beige and khaki as base colors, decorated with exotic elements, simple and natural, allowing you to taste the mood of Bali. Here, a place perfectly integrated with nature, you can meet all your vacation needs without leaving the city. Paddleboarding, sunrise yoga, starry cinema, art space - you can experience thrilling challenges or slow relaxation. Admiring the wonders of nature, finding a retreat amidst the noise, not only brings you aesthetic enjoyment but also explores inner peace.

When you visit the Northeast, you can't miss skiing. Linhai Ski Resort is located in Nangou Village, Yingchengzi Town, Ganjingzi District, Dalian, only 15 kilometers from Zhoushuizi International Airport. It is currently the largest ski resort in the Liaodong area. Every winter, it attracts many ski enthusiasts to experience the fun of skiing. The entire ski resort covers an area of 160,000 square meters of artificial snow, accommodating 8,000 skiers at the same time. Besides alpine skiing, there are also snow frisbees, snow sculpture appreciation, ethnic Mongolian yurts, roasted whole lamb, and other supporting facilities and activities for visitors to experience. In the future, Linhai Ski Resort will focus on winter skiing and be a four-season suburban leisure destination, with spring hiking and camping, summer expansion, and autumn fruit picking.

① Linhai Ski Resort is only a 15-minute drive from the airport and Malan Square. With the opening of Lüshun Middle Road and Qianhuang Road, self-driving from various parts of the city can reach it within 30 minutes. ② Citizens from areas north of Shahekou Railway Station to Dalian Station and from Development Zone and Jinzhou District can take the North Road via the airport to Qianmu Reservoir, turn left into Qianhuang Road, and follow the signs to arrive in 3 minutes. ③ Citizens from areas south of Shahekou Railway Station to Dalian Station and from north of Xinghai Park can take Malan Square to Lüshun Middle Road, turn right into Qianhuang Road at Chaying Village of Hongqi Town, and follow the signs to arrive in 3 minutes. ④ Citizens from Heishijiao and High-tech Park areas can take Dongruan Information College or University of Technology via Hongling Road to Lüshun Middle Road, and similarly reach the ski resort. Take the bus from Jianshe Street to Daheishi, get off at Qiaoshan Cemetery, and then take a taxi to Nangou Village.

At the last stop of the itinerary, I chose [Ganjingli Dongshi Food District] to taste food. Ganjingli Dongshi Food District can be called a food paradise. The layout and architecture of the entire street are built in an oriental style, gathering domestic and international cuisine, such as barbecue, Western food, Japanese cuisine, Korean food, coffee, hot pot, and domestic specialties. In addition, it also integrates nail art, milk tea, cakes, education - it can be said to integrate food, drink, fun, and education. It is one of the must-visit commercial streets in Dalian and the most bustling commercial street. [Ganjingli Dongshi Food District] is a good place to experience Dalian's food, leisure, and entertainment.

Dalian, a city with beautiful scenery, romance, and fashion, is beautiful in scenery and also beautiful in "food." Bernard Shaw said, "There is no love sincerer than the love of food." During the five-day, four-night trip to Dalian, my taste buds were conquered by it. I believe that in the future, I will continue to meet it and experience more different cuisines and scenery!
