Hong Kong is known as the culinary capital of the world, with panoramic sea views and fine dining, the entire Victoria Harbour right before your eyes
Victoria Harbour's unbeatable night view, Lan Kwai Fong's sleepless city, crowded streets, window displays in Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay, Hong Kong-style milk tea, shrimp dumplings, molten custard buns, and rice noodle rolls—these elements make up the unique Hong Kong. How can you visit Hong Kong without seeing the Victoria Harbour night view? Besides being known as a 'shopping paradise,' Hong Kong also enjoys the reputation of the 'culinary capital of the world,' with many classic local snacks and a wide variety of cooking methods. Today, let's take a look together. Apart from shopping sprees, Hong Kong's cuisine is also worth trying. Hong Kong is a place for big eating and big shopping. Previously, I had visited many street stalls and snacks, but only recently did I learn about a stunning restaurant with a view in Tsim Sha Tsui called 'Hexa.' If budget is not a concern, I highly recommend this place. Hexa is quite famous here, and many celebrities have dined here. The restaurant is located in Harbour City, easily accessible by transportation. The entire restaurant is adjacent to Victoria Harbour. Not only is the dining experience comfortable and stylish, but after your meal, you can also take a stroll nearby to enjoy the beautiful sea view or night view. After taking the escalator down from the Ocean Terminal of Harbour City, you'll see a large logo reading 'HEXA.' The restaurant looks very upscale and stylish, blended with a touch of vintage elements. Initially, I thought it was a Western restaurant, but it turned out to serve Chinese cuisine and Hong Kong-style dim sum, and at night, it becomes a trendy bar that occasionally hosts parties. Additionally, there are large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an unobstructed view of the sea. If that's not enough, you can step outside to see more, as there are also outdoor seating areas. The dishes are Chinese cuisine and Hong Kong-style dim sum, along with some creative dishes. Almost nothing is a letdown—everything is delicious! We went for dinner, and the night view was incredibly soothing. We even went upstairs to the famous observation deck, which is free to visit, offering a full panoramic view of Victoria Harbour! If you don't want to arrange an expensive dinner, you can definitely come to this observation deck. It's beautiful both during the day and at night.
