In the context of the global pandemic, the L'hotel Group, adhering to its principle of "embracing change and striving for innovation," has become the first hotel in Hong Kong to introduce meal-delivery robots. The introduction of robot service aims to bring guests a more convenient and safer stay through the practical application of artificial intelligence and automation in daily services, ensuring guests not only feel at home in terms of service but also gain a strong sense of security psychologically~

The fully automated meal-delivery robot—"GENIE"—developed by RICE ROBOTICS, greatly enhances the reliability and safety of intelligent robots. GENIE was officially put into use in March. Hotel staff use an app to place customers' meals into the robot's storage compartments, and the robot safely delivers the food to the guest's room, entirely contact-free and pollution-free. It is disinfected after each use.

Don't worry about accidents during food delivery; your meal will generate a password known only to you, and no one can open your private dining compartment until the robot completes its task. Tesla owners spending HK$300 or more on lunch can enjoy 2 hours of free charging and parking, or spending HK$500 or more on dinner can enjoy 4 hours of free charging and parking. Other owners who wish to use the free charging service need to pay the general parking service fee of HK$35 per hour.
