A Two-Girlfriend Trip: Checking in at Hong Kong's Trendy Spot [Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong Fangjian Clinic] for the 9-Valent Vaccine!

My best friend and I have known each other since we were young; you could say we're 'childhood sweethearts' among women. We've worked hard and played together, and before turning 30, we never thought about our own health issues. Our immunity gradually weakened, and occasional colds just wouldn't go away. Then a gynecological exam shattered my friend's awareness of her own body.

Gynecological diseases are one of the topics women are reluctant to bring up. At the time, my friend mentioned it to me, and we thought about making an effort for our health. We wanted to get the 9-valent HPV vaccine, but we were both over 26, which meant we were past the age for vaccination in Mainland China. So the only option was Hong Kong, where people over 26 can still get the 9-valent vaccine. With that in mind, we started our two-girl trip to Hong Kong!

The two of us made an appointment online with Hong Kong Fangjian Clinic, recommended by a friend. We heard it's a trendy clinic in Hong Kong, with great service, and most importantly, the staff speak Mandarin! Hahaha!

We flew from Hunan to Shenzhen and stayed overnight near Luohu Port, planning to set off the next morning.

The next day, around 7:30 AM, my friend and I got up, packed our things, and prepared our documents. We departed from Luohu Port, following the staff's directions:

1. Start from Luohu Port or Futian Port

Cross the border - Take the train (Luohu Station) - Get off at (Kowloon Tong Station) - Transfer to the Tsuen Wan Line (get off at Tsim Sha Tsui Station) - Exit A1, then walk about 6 minutes to arrive.

We followed the given address, like embarking on an adventure. (Remember, ladies! The Hong Kong MTR is really cold, so be sure to bring an extra layer!)

It turned out that Hong Kong Fangjian Clinic is right across from Harbour City, so shopping would be super convenient later!

We went upstairs as instructed. We were a bit nervous pushing open the door!

Our first reaction upon entering: It's so big! I know I'm out of touch—I'd heard that Hong Kong is small, but I never expected such a spacious place (rent must be really expensive here, haha, every inch of land is precious).

It's quite nice, with a dark green style that feels pretty good! Simple and clean!

The staff were very patient. After we filled in the forms, we could start the vaccination. It stung a bit when injected, but it was bearable. And before the injection, the staff verified the authenticity of the vaccine for us. If you're satisfied, they proceed with the vaccination!

It was quick—about 40 minutes later, my friend and I were done. Then it was time for the ladies: shopping spree!

After shopping, we stopped by a snack shop in Mong Kok. I absolutely love these traditional snacks; they were super delicious and authentic! Love them!

We also stayed overnight at Victoria Harbour before heading back. A two-person trip to Hong Kong was really nice! I hope this helps those of you visiting Hong Kong for the first time!
