Who knows? After a trip to Hong Kong, I want to settle down there! I just love the feeling of this small city.

Mainland-HK Permit (check expiry)

Buy a data package (search 'overseas internet' on Alipay, activate after arriving in Hong Kong)

Exchange Hong Kong dollars (exchange a small amount in advance; many places in Hong Kong accept WeChat Pay and Alipay)

Black code declaration (search 'Customs Passenger Finger Service' on WeChat)

Power adapter (some hotels don't provide one, so prepare)

Shenzhen β†’ Hong Kong Disneyland

Buy Disneyland tickets two or three days in advance, screenshot the ticket, and remember to make a reservation on the Disneyland app!

To meet and take photos with characters like Duffy or princesses, you need to book on the app after entering the park (reservations start at 10:30 AM, limited slots).

Shopping and dining at Disneyland can be paid with WeChat Pay or Alipay; no need for Hong Kong dollar cash!

Fireworks show starts at 8:30 PM and lasts 20 minutes.

University of Hong Kong β†’ Peak Tram β†’ Central Ferris Wheel

Take the MTR directly to HKU, no reservation needed to enter. Buy HKU souvenirs at the visitor center or stationery store.

The Peak Tram round-trip ticket is about 70 HKD; sit on the right for great views.

The Central Ferris Wheel is not far from The Peak; you can walk there, passing many luxury stores.

Ferris wheel ticket is 20 HKD for three rotations; recommended at sunset.

Below the Ferris wheel, there is a mobile ice cream truck selling delicious treats.

Causeway Bay β†’ Harbour City β†’ Avenue of Stars β†’ Victoria Harbour β†’ Mong Kok

Causeway Bay has SOGO, Times Square, DFS duty-free shops, etc.β€”a great place for shopping!

Try the ding-ding tram (tram); it's quite fun. Harbour City has everything you want to buy!

Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour are near Harbour City; you can take a photo with the same pose as Li Ka-shing, haha.

After visiting Hong Kong, I really wanted to settle down. So I applied for Hong Kong residency directlyβ€”it's great, now I can travel visa-free to over 100 countries and regions!
