Yarralton Estate produces precious wines. We meticulously handcraft our wines to preserve the unique qualities of the vineyard intact. At the winery, we maintain the concentration of the grapes to ensure the wine is rich in flavor, full-bodied, and with a long finish.

The vineyard is located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, north of Merricks. The soil is a mix of volcanic rock and gray sandy soil, dotted with some red ironstone. The vineyard is managed with great care to ensure low yields and optimal flavor in the grapes while preserving natural acidity. This vineyard grows some of the best cool-climate Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Every year, we hand-pick the finest grapes from this vineyard to produce our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
