FUGA CAMP, A Town That Only Exists for Three Days
From May 21 to 23, 2021, at Tiankai Nature Camp in Tiankai Village, Hancunhe Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, tens of thousands of camping enthusiasts fled the city and gathered here to join the camping event called FUGA CAMP, which is also the first ever 10,000-person-level style camping activity in China.
This FUGA CAMP event was hosted by Tiankai Nature and planned by the TTE team. A total of 120 style vendors presented their unique personal styles at the market. The vendors covered a variety of beautiful items such as art, handicrafts, coffee, craft beer, baking, etc., and together with many interesting souls, they built such a wonderful town.
Three-Day 'Utopia'
Using tents as homes and the campsite as their base, they built their own little nests by hand. Pets, food, music, scenery—returning to pure nature, letting their minds go blank and living as free people full of emotion, a beautiful world full of sights like this.
Here, warm and cozy surprises are happening all the time. Helping each other and giving gifts among vendors became a daily routine. The harmonious neighborly relations brought people closer together.
Wind and rain are all part of outdoor life. This town endured a test of a summer thunderstorm. Lightning in the night sky brought a magical light effect to the campsite, and the timely rain also brought a bit of coolness to the hot weather. Many heartwarming stories of mutual help emerged in the wind and rain. In this utopia that only existed for three days, the relationships between people became so simple. Those who experienced the storm together became different from then on. The charm of camping lies in experiencing an unpredictable life, encountering surprises, and enjoying life. Just as the name of this event's planning team, 'TTE Planning,' suggests—'Terribly Terrific Experience.'
Style camping is favored by brands. Glamping, also known as luxury camping or move-in camping, originates from 'Glamorous' and 'Camping,' a perfect combination of 'luxury' and 'camping.' It allows you to experience a level higher than five-star while embracing nature up close. This unique camping style is now also being favored by well-known domestic and international brands.
This FUGA CAMP attracted: the brand of Denza X, a 7-seat electric SUV derived from Mercedes-Benz design; VOSS, a Norwegian drinking water brand from Northern Europe; Zhanma, an energy vitamin drink brand; URBREW, a professional craft beer brand; GARMIN, a well-known American electronics brand; AfterShokz, the pioneer of bone conduction sports earphones; SATURNBIRD COFFEE, a boutique coffee brand exploring new life; RELY, an electronic atomizer brand; and others. They set up individual brand booths with a strong GLAMPING style on site.
The FUGA CAMP event also attracted the participation of the China International RV Association, the Motorcycle Association, and the animal protection organization 'Walk with Them,' further giving the GLAMPING style camping activity diverse meanings and elements.
From start to finish, just three days created an exceptionally beautiful mountain wilderness dream. In the town that only existed for three days, how many quickly appeared and quickly disappeared encounters were there?
