Feeling Like on Vacation in Europe! A European Manor Hidden in a Hakka District in Guangdong

Did you know? There is a European manor full of exotic charm hidden in Yuancheng District, Heyuan! In early November, the 'KOL Enjoy Yuancheng' event hosted by the Yuancheng District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau visited Heyuan Yuancheng and entered this Bavarian Manor, which covers 10.4 square kilometers of mountainous land and was built with a total investment of 35 billion yuan. It is also one of the important scenic spots on the 'Meet Yuancheng' Beautiful Countryside Tour theme route, which was selected as a national rural tourism boutique route this year.

Entering the manor, you are greeted by buildings full of German Bavarian style, as if time and space have automatically switched to a fairy tale world. Tall windmills and candy-colored buildings bring a romantic atmosphere. Entering the Black Forest Amusement Park, you can check out attractions like the dry ski slope, forest cableway, carousel, teacup ride, spinning Disco, hurricane chair, bumper cars, small train, and other amusement equipment. Even adults can instantly regain their childlike innocence here!

Besides the Black Forest Amusement Park, the Bavarian Manor also has many special attractions: the essential winter Chinese medicine hot springs, with corresponding medicinal herbs planted around the pools, allowing deeper body conditioning through inhaling the scents and soaking; the LOHAS Farm built with a health and wellness concept, featuring flowers, fruits, and vegetables for experiencing the joy of farming; and the Tulou Theater, the first theater that can rotate 360 degrees with the plot, showcasing the spectacular panoramic stage show 'Home • Source'...

On a clear day, when you enter Fuyuan Temple, you are greeted by the gleaming golden Bodhi tree. The golden Bodhi leaves sparkle brilliantly under the sunlight—truly stunning!

The architecture of Fuyuan Temple is also very special. It is a temple in the style of a Hakka enclosed house, combining the characteristics of the local Hakka culture of Heyuan with traditional Buddhist architecture. The blend results in a building that is both gentle and solemn. In this unique building, you can devoutly pray for blessings and experience Zen culture and Hakka culture—truly a 'paradise on earth'.

Dashuijing Featured Homestay Cultural Tourism Area
