Guangdong Relaxed Parent-Child Travel: One-Stop Treasure Town for Taking Kids 🍏
Last time we played for two days and one night and didn’t have enough fun. During summer vacation, we arranged a three-day two-night road trip with friends.
🏨|We stayed at the Blue Grape Hotel, a three-bedroom-one-living-room unit. The hotel is a standalone duplex suite, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, which is very convenient for family travel. If there are issues, you can contact the butler; you can add blankets and bed rails.
✅The package we bought includes: Dragon Bone Park + Dinosaur Island Water Park tickets for 6 adults and 3 children, buffet breakfast, hot springs, free golf, health center activities, and a 150 yuan activity voucher.
✨|About activities: ▪Dragon Bone Park: Open 9:30-19:00. During summer, at 5pm and 6pm there is a loach-catching competition. There are water play areas, non-motorized rides, popular trampolines, rope slides, etc. Be sure to bring two sets of clothes, because you’ll have so much fun you’ll get soaked. ▪Dinosaur Island Water Park: Open 10:00-22:00. This is the new water park opened by Chunmuyuan this year. It has waterfall surfing, stone cave slides, and various zones with different activities. The color scheme is beautiful, kids love it. ▪Palm Springs: Open 9:00-24:00. There is an infinity pool, 7 outdoor and 1 indoor hot spring pools, and a white sand beach. For kids who love digging sand, remember to bring your own tools. ▪Building 5 Health Center: Indoor activities for kids, including a workshop (reservation required), Lego building tables, ball pit, adult gym, mahjong room, KTV room, billiard table, table tennis table. When it’s too sunny at noon, you can let the kids burn off energy indoors. ▪In August, there is also a Cherry Tomato Festival. At different times, there are tomato mascots, children’s plays, tomato parent-child magic shows, parent-child challenges, folk music concerts. Finally, as a special summer activity, there is a bonfire and fireworks at night. Kids have movies to watch. The atmosphere is great and the fireworks are beautiful. 🍽|Food: There are many choices inside the resort: Western restaurant, Cantonese cuisine, Thai cuisine, izakaya, hot pot restaurant, barbecue restaurant. For our first dinner, we ate at the First Canteen, a self-service restaurant suitable for our group to choose our own preferences. Breakfast for two days was included as buffet, with a rich variety to satisfy different tastes. On the second day, we played at Dinosaur Water Park until 2pm, and the resort restaurants had closed, so we drove to a nearby farmhouse for lunch, which was also very good. After that, we mainly ate at the resort restaurants. Thai cuisine and Western restaurant are also recommended🌈 After all, the weather is really hot and we didn’t want to walk around much.
