Heyuan Chunmuyuan: A Must-Visit Spot This Spring Festival
The New Year is almost here. Every year, I take my family on a vacation, and this time I've done my homework—Chunmuyuan Town! This place is full of festive atmosphere and you can avoid the crowds. It's only a half-hour drive from the city center! The entire town is huge—spanning over 2 million square meters! The moment you step inside, you feel surrounded by nature. There are mountains, water, hot springs, and grassy lawns, and the air is fresh. I really regret not coming here sooner.
From New Year's Eve to the sixth day of the new year, there's something different to do every day: dragon and lion dances, Yingge dance, face-changing, magic shows, fire pots, fire skirt dances, as well as an intangible cultural heritage temple fair, heritage food, and a trendy music concert! A New Year's fireworks and bonfire party—the festive vibe is simply off the charts!
Dragon Bone Paradise: A huge non-powered amusement park! With giant slides, zip lines, trampolines, and climbing frames!
Hot Springs: When you're taking a break, you have to soak in these hot springs! Real hot springs from a thousand meters underground in the valley—soak for an evening, then head to the sauna to sweat it out, and finally dry off on the hot stone slabs. It's truly wonderful.
Golf: There's also indoor golf! Spend the afternoon swinging for some healthy sweat! The coach gives careful guidance. The smart indoor golf setup eliminates worries about weather and venue.
Recreation Center: Chunmuyuan Town is really thoughtful! This recreation center has fitness equipment, table tennis, and billiards. Meet up with friends here for an intense game! There's also a bubble pool slide that kids love.
Accommodation: We stayed right in Chunmuyuan at the Blue Grape Hotel. It's a family-style loft apartment design with three rooms in total—two with king beds and one with twin beds. The upper and lower levels don't disturb each other. The room is fully equipped: a kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. You can also bring your own prepared food for simple reheating. The washing machine even has a drying function—super convenient. Open the window and you see the natural scenery outside. Wake up to birdsong every morning and fall asleep under the stars every evening. What are you waiting for? Come to Chunmuyuan Town this New Year!

The evening programs on the lawn are rich: performances, fireworks shows, bonfire parties. There are many different dining options within the park, all within walking distance. And every staff member on the road greets us—a great experience.
