The Story of Xianglin Inn
Sleep by the woods and waters
North of the Jingcheng Expressway, in the village of Xiangzazi, Changshaoying, Huairou, over a hundred families have lived for generations alongside the mountains, forests, and lakes. The homestay 'Xianglin Inn' settled here too, its name derived from 'Xiangzazi'—to stay in Xiangzazi, sleep among woods and waters.
Xiangzazi Village, where Xianglin Inn is located, is one of the 'Eight Banners' cultural new villages of the Changshaoying Manchu Township, belonging to the Plain Blue Banner. The innkeeper, who has been in the restaurant business for over a decade, says: 'After all these years of entrepreneurship away from home, as I get older, I increasingly want to return to a simple, rustic rural life and enjoy the warmth of human connections with more friends.'
Corporate team building, family gatherings, friend get-togethers—
8 room types offer the most 'Manchu' distinct experience.
A restaurant for a hundred, multiple meeting areas, steam room, KTV, conference room, chess room... plus a basement floor, Xianglin Inn's three floors give us ample ways to relax and enjoy. Without stepping out, enjoy friend and family gatherings, corporate team building, with dining, entertainment, and fun all in one place!
As you enter, a classical-style lobby welcomes you, with floor-to-ceiling windows making the space bright and airy. Winding up the stairs, your eyes are drawn to exquisite relief carvings on the walls.
The innkeeper has poured his life's aspirations and expectations into every brick, every scene, every room of Xianglin Inn. All the furniture and decorations you see have been carefully selected from all over the country, aiming only to present the most exquisite and authentic 'Manchu charm'.
Paintings are full of Manchu flavor; old wood carvings scavenged from everywhere seem to have sealed time; imperial-style ornaments and knick-knacks... As part of the Plain Blue Banner village, Xianglin Inn is infused with Manchu essence everywhere.
