(A) Purchase via Official Account
1. Search "保定旅游总入口" on WeChat, follow the "保定旅游总入口" official account.
2. In the bottom menu bar of the official account, click "快速预订" —— "预订文旅惠民卡".
3. Fill in the contact name, phone number, and ID card number, submit the order, and complete the online payment.
4. Activate the Cultural and Tourism Benefit Card. Upload photos of both sides of your ID, wait for background review (2 working days). Once approved and notified by SMS, you can enter the park by presenting the QR code.
(B) Purchase via Mini Program
1. Search "一机游保定" in WeChat mini programs, enter the "一机游保定" mini program.
2. In the bottom menu bar of the mini program, click "惠民卡" to make a purchase.
3. Fill in the contact name, phone number, and ID card number, submit the order, and complete the online payment.
4. Activate the Cultural and Tourism Benefit Card. Upload photos of both sides of your ID, wait for background review (2 working days). Once approved and notified by SMS, you can enter the park by presenting the QR code.
