Xingye Mountain Lodge / Pastoral Life Nearby
In the scorching summer heat, would you journey to Chengde Mountain Resort for a taste of royal treatment?
Or seek a sliver of coolness among the crowds at Beidaihe?
Perhaps you'll answer the call of Sanya's azure seas?
Compared to these, a guesthouse hidden amidst mountain forests offers an even better summer escape and cozy retreat.
Xingye Mountain Lodge is tucked away in nature, surrounded by mountains and trees,
as if stepping into a poetic painting—croaking frogs, chirping insects, a bright moon, and a starry sky, all amid lush greenery.
Rock gently in a chair, splash in the pool, in a state of serene leisure,
This is roughly the pastoral life you've imagined.
After two years of design, construction, decoration, and furnishing, the newly opened Xingye Mountain Lodge brings many surprises.
Built according to the terrain, cascading layer upon layer, with original brick and wooden roofs, and bamboo-lined courtyards—amidst your admiration, you can't help but feel this is the most beautiful gift back to nature.
Although Xingye Mountain Lodge has only five guest rooms spread over two floors, each boasts its own unique character.
The walls are designed as floor-to-ceiling glass, inviting as much of the outdoor scenery inside as possible. The oversized outdoor terrace lets you immerse yourself in nature's embrace,
with panoramic views of sunrise and sunset.
The ground-floor lounge is a place for tea and leisure,
while the cliff-side outdoor pool is your spot for cooling off and splashing around.
As night falls, you can soothe your body in the oversized bathtub,
settle your mind on the corner lounger,
belt out tunes in the lounge,
or test your skills at the mahjong table...
Just hit the gas, and you can leave behind the city's hustle and bustle,
encounter Nanyu Village's 'Land of Peach Blossoms,'
and seek out trails through green wilds, unlocking a secret pastoral paradise.
Getting there: A 2-hour drive from Beijing, then just 5 minutes from the Yesanpo highway exit to reach Xingye Mountain Lodge.
