Dubai, UAE – Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® proudly announces its entry into Dubai, with the first property, Rosewood Dubai and the UAE’s inaugural Rosewood Residences, planned to open in 2029. Located in the coastal landmark "Dubai Peninsula" currently under development, Rosewood Dubai and Rosewood Residences reinterpret the cultural heritage of the UAE through a modern aesthetic lens, crafting a new chapter for the "Golden City" amidst the interplay of ocean and desert.

Spanning approximately 9.95 hectares, Rosewood Dubai and Residences comprise a 195-room hotel and eight private garden villas.
