As a seafood lover, I can’t help but eat more. The fresh abalone is deeply flavorful; a bite of crab, a mouthful of abalone—utterly satisfying.

A classic Cantonese dish that demands perfect color, aroma, and taste. Fresh, plump and tender local goose is roasted to perfection. Before you even see the goose, its aroma reaches you, making you throw caution to the wind and feast heartily.

Mountain stream snails are a Conghua specialty, each as big as a little finger, and incredibly flavorful when sucked out. A friendly reminder: autumn is the best season for them.

Also a highlight, all full of rustic Conghua farmhouse character. Villagers catch small fish daily from unpolluted streams, and the resulting fish is fresh, tender, and smooth. One taste and you won’t be able to put down your chopsticks.
