【Sichuan Pepper & Green Grape Americano】In the Americano, green grape syrup settles at the bottom and Sichuan pepper is used as garnish. The longer the drink steeps, the spicier it gets. If you accidentally bite into a peppercorn, your tongue will tingle. I suggest stirring and using a straw to avoid sucking up the peppercorns.

【Flat White】Using #50 BLEND beans, a natural processed blend with flavors of black truffle cream and dark chocolate. Made as a flat white, it still feels substantial, with the coffee flavor stronger than the milk.
【Dirty】Using #52 BLEND beans, a washed blend with a cheesy creaminess and a macadamia nut finish. Made as a dirty, it remains refreshing and balanced—though it's 'bitter,' it doesn't taste bitter.

I finally got to have coffee here on my second visit. The first time, I came at the wrong time—they were already closed for the night. It’s not easy to find, but arriving is a nice surprise.
Exit at Beijing Road metro station, walk into Taipingsha community, pass through alleys and narrow lanes, turn corners until you spot a 4-story building with blue accents—that’s it.
This is One Building Gallery, a space where niche artists share their work. Floors 1 and 2 are exhibition spaces, while floor 3 and above are private studios. A new coffee spot has opened at the entrance, called Zishi Coffee, and it really does stay open until zishi (midnight, 11pm–1am).
【Latte】&【Dirty】Both are decent. The latte is balanced between milk and coffee, easy to drink. The dirty should be drunk quickly to enjoy the hot-cold layers and a lingering aftertaste. While sipping, head up to the second floor to see the portable bags or step outside to pet the cats.

Located across the road from Guangzhou's first GOTLOT, it's a corner shop by a car dealership. A white-wood Japanese-style counter lets you sit outdoors under the arcade or inside watching your coffee being made.
【Yirgacheffe SOE Flat White】The small counter turns out excellent drinks. These tropical fruit-forward beans, made into a flat white, gain richness from the milk and feel full-bodied and coffee-forward. A satisfying afternoon pick-me-up.
【Anaerobic Colombia SOE Latte】The beans have a soft fruity acidity. With milk, a creamy sensation emerges, and as you reach the bottom, a fermented, wine-like note lingers.
Alley Coffee·Deep Alley Coffee (Gangding Buynow Branch)

An alley, a really deep alley—Kuwen Shen Alley.
I’d heard that coffee had made its way into the deep alleys of an urban village. I got off at Gangding Station, passed Buynow, and turned into the "Shipai" archway. Walk straight until you see the first alley on the right, and that’s where it is.
【SOE Sidamo Latte】There’s a fruity acidity and a floral aroma. When made into a latte, the milk brings out almond and hazelnut notes. It’s recommended to wait until it cools to about 70°C, and you’ll be rewarded with a rich, sweet finish.

【Peach Iced Coffee】Espresso with a slice of lemon, sweetened with peach syrup, still carrying coffee notes. As someone who’s been into peach flavors lately, this is just too delightful.

【Americano】A standard blended Americano, mildly acidic with a dark chocolate finish.
【Peach Tea】Peach concentrate, candied peach slices, and espresso. Mixed together, the peach flavor is intriguing—it's called tea but actually contains coffee. It’s recently got me obsessed with 🍑🍑.
【Moscate】Zhen Wang cold brew tea (a jasmine tea) mixed with green grape juice, soda water, and espresso. Finished with a spray of jasmine perfume. Nose and palate are like a sweet little drink, a flavored wine, matching the name Moscato wine.
