The dog days have arrived recently, and the weather is unbearably hot. As soon as you step outside, you feel like you're melting. But for many, the vacation has just begun – who wants to stay cooped up at home? Why not find a cooler place to have some fun?

This vacation, I brought my mom to Guilin Eternal Love to have a blast! After going around, I have a pretty good impression of this place. Why? Because it's cool here! It truly is a great summer retreat in Guangxi! Whether coming from Guangzhou or Nanning, take a high-speed train – the fast ones take just over two hours, and the slower ones about three hours. If you're driving from Guilin, you can get there in about an hour and a half!

They've really taken measures to let everyone have fun despite the high heat. After entering, there are tall canopies and lush trees blocking the scorching sun. You can clearly feel that the temperature is one or two degrees lower than outside. If you're really afraid of the heat, you can head to Secret Realm No. 3, which has a bookstore, an amusement area, a shopping area, various small performances, and even a moving version of Along the River During the Qingming Festival. More importantly, it's air-conditioned – super comfortable!

In the evening, a watermelon-eating competition was even held by the water play area. The kids were thrilled! I wanted to become a kid and eat watermelon with them too! But it seemed the competition was only for children. I'm sending a message to the scenic area: when will you have one for adults?

Although adults can't join the watermelon-eating competition, they can take part in the super fun Electronic Music Water Splashing Festival! The scene was packed with people, so much fun. Especially when the water splashing began – oh my, everyone, acquaintances and strangers alike, were in a free-for-all! When the music started, the whole crowd went wild! I've only seen such a lively Electronic Music Water Splashing Festival at Guilin Eternal Love! If I weren't holding my equipment, I would have rushed in! There were transparent boats and handsome guys with water guns scattered around the square, randomly spraying – it's hard not to get soaked! One girl rushed in to fight with them and got completely drenched! Playing in the water on such a hot day is so joyful!

But compared to the 'big show,' these performances and activities are actually the 'small shows' of Guilin Eternal Love. Those familiar with the Eternal Love series know that the highlight is the performance inside the Eternal Love grand theater. This performance embodies many of the essences of Songcheng Performing Arts. The shows in the Eternal Love series are similar in presentation but different in story. In Guilin Eternal Love, it's a story about searching for Liu Sanjie. So who is Liu Sanjie? After watching the performance, you'll find out: she is the embodiment of truth, goodness, and beauty – it's you, me, and everyone in the audience.

During the show, the entire auditorium prohibits flash photography, and the audience is polite, not standing up randomly. The performers' entrances are unique – sometimes from behind the curtain, sometimes from the audience entrance, sometimes flying along the walls, and sometimes descending from above – full of surprises, making you clap frantically.

The surprises from Eternal Love go beyond that – also from the emotional stories and the beautiful stage effects. No matter how many times you watch, it's always touching. Especially for first-timers, you'll definitely applaud! When Guilin rice noodles fell from the sky, almost all the audience turned around to look at the noodles falling from above. I've eaten plenty of rice noodles, but this was my first time seeing them fall from the sky. I hoped they would fall a bit more so I could touch them, but unfortunately, that didn't happen.

After the Eternal Love performance, the outdoor shows continue. There are beautiful girls in Zhuang ethnic costumes parading around, available for photos. Also, happy clowns, whimsical magicians, jump rope, throwing embroidered balls, and even a water flyboard – the young man stepped on water jets and shot up into the sky – so cool!
