Paris's Hôtel de Crillon Debuts a Rooftop Terrace to Lure Guests During the Pandemic!
After a 5-month closure, the luxury hotel Le Crillon, next to Place de la Concorde in Paris, has opened a temporary rooftop terrace to the public. Perched on the 7th floor, the terrace is accessed via the €20,000-a-night suite and offers simultaneous views of Place de la Concorde and the Eiffel Tower—a space normally off-limits to non-guests. Drinks cost between €20 and €30; ten cocktails are on offer at €27 each, and simple snacks are around €16. Reservations are required: the 200-square-meter terrace welcomes up to 30 guests per time slot. To book, call 01 44 71 15 17. The terrace will be open from Monday, August 24, 2020, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., weather permitting.
