Korean cuisine is found in the streets and alleys, in shopping mall restaurants, and even more in the hearts of everyone who loves Korea and loves food. Having been to Korea many times, I have carefully selected the most representative dishes to show the Korea in my heart! @VKC_visitkoreacommittee Korea

When it comes to Korean food, how could Korean BBQ not have a place?! Look at that marbled pork belly sizzling on the charcoal grill—it's a feast for both the eyes and ears~

The layered beef hot pot, with layers of beef, perilla leaves, and cabbage, highlights the freshness of the ingredients. The perilla leaves inside give it a very Korean touch. When you're almost done eating, add rice and seaweed, and it perfectly transforms into a seafood porridge~

White kimchi! Having visited Korea many times, this was my first time trying white kimchi (the white side dish in the picture). Its tangy flavor really whets the appetite, and it tastes even better when grilled with pork belly~

Seonminida is also a paradise for staple food lovers! Korean-style dumplings, seafood pancake, and naengmyeon (cold noodles) with ice shavings are absolutely delicious. The joy that carbs bring is truly unique~

How could convenience store foods be missing from the staple food section? Whether it's raw meat sushi or a bowl of instant noodles from the convenience store, they all have that full Korean drama vibe, as if the handsome male lead might push the door open at any moment~

When it comes to Korean seafood dishes, seafood soup and sashimi are the obvious choices. But many people overlook a dish that's perfect for stealing rice—that's marinated crab! Whether it's red spicy sauce marinated crab or salty grass marinated crab, both are excellent accompaniments to rice~

Gwangju's specialty, beef patties, are thick and juicy! The nourishing samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) can restore your energy with just one sip—let's go~

"It's snowing, so how can we be without fried chicken and beer?" On a hot summer day, an ice-cold beer with fried chicken is simply the ultimate comfort~

Da Mengmeng made fish cakes by hand in Busan. Those who love food are gourmets. I miss the days of eating and strolling around in Korea. Participating in events, flipping through every photo, all carry beautiful memories. @VKC_visitkoreacommittee
