Impression 4 - My Past Trip to Singapore
Having lived in Suzhou Industrial Park, I have a special feeling for Singapore. The full name of Suzhou Industrial Park is China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park. Therefore, I really wanted to see what Singapore is like.
A few years ago, I had an opportunity to go to Singapore. I spent a week exploring around and felt it was really great!
Singapore is an island country in Southeast Asia. It is not large, covering just over 700 square kilometers, but it is economically developed and has beautiful scenery.
I walked along Sentosa Beach, visited the Botanical Gardens, strolled along tree-lined streets, wandered through quiet communities, and went to the Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, hospitals, universities, community committees, local ancestral houses, neighborhood center markets, the local councilor’s office, and the local police station... Everything was novel and relaxing. Especially the daily heavy rain, which washed the streets spotlessly clean. Combined with the fresh air, it was very comfortable. In the evening, I would find a place to eat seafood or taste local Bak Kut Teh, experiencing the local people's life.
If you have time, Singapore is a nice place for leisure.
