Singapore Airlines Brand Project Sets Sail Anew, Inviting You to Enjoy a World-Class Experience
On April 18, 2023, Singapore Airlines (hereinafter referred to as SIA) launched a brand-new project in Mainland China titled "Inviting You to Enjoy a World-Class Experience", to present SIA's commitment to providing a world-class premium experience on every customer journey. During the promotion period lasting over a month, the brand project will make a comprehensive and refreshed appearance across multiple platforms, including print publications, digital media, outdoor media, and social media.
In the 90-second promotional video, SIA's iconic flight attendants, through their rich travel experiences, explore the cultural characteristics of various places around the world, thereby shaping themselves and bringing a home-like cabin service. By traveling the world, they forge unique connections with customers, as well as emotional resonance and passionate confidence after embracing the world. SIA's flight attendants provide the utmost service with heartfelt dedication on every journey.

The promotional video for this SIA global brand project was directed by filmmaker Liz Murphy and filmed in Singapore, Auckland (New Zealand), Barcelona (Spain), Mumbai (India), and Shanghai (China). Through in-depth research to measure global brand awareness, SIA combined the findings to launch this new brand project, aiming to resonate with customers around the world.
