Singapore Airlines Group Partners with Mandai Wildlife Group to Boost Singapore Tourism and Promote Wildlife Conservation
Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group and Mandai Wildlife Group have officially launched a three-year strategic partnership aimed at enhancing Singapore’s appeal as a leading travel destination, co-creating customer experiences through exclusive privileges, and focusing on meaningful global wildlife conservation efforts. This collaboration deeply embodies Singapore’s concept of a 'Garden City,' while Mandai Wildlife Reserve serves as a unique window into the wonders of nature.
To drive inbound tourism from key international markets, Singapore Airlines customers will enjoy a range of customized wildlife experiences, exclusive co-branded retail products, and special benefits when visiting Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Singapore’s iconic wildlife parks are located within this destination, and these parks actively contribute to wildlife conservation.
SIA Group and Mandai Wildlife Group will also join forces to support wildlife conservation – SIA will provide air travel sponsorships and other logistical support, which may include assisting in the transfer of animals between Singapore’s wildlife parks and other accredited zoos worldwide, as well as helping to return wildlife to their native habitats.
Mr. Vinod Kannan, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Singapore Airlines, said: 'This partnership not only brings greater benefits to our customers but also supports global wildlife conservation projects, including those in Singapore. Combining SIA Group’s global network with Mandai’s world-class wildlife attractions helps enhance Singapore’s appeal as a leading global travel destination.'
Ms. Lee Shu Ping, Deputy Chief Executive of Transformation and Development at Mandai Wildlife Group, added: 'We are thrilled to partner with Singapore Airlines. The collaboration between two iconic Singapore brands creates exceptional experiences for global travelers while promoting ecological conservation. Every visit supports our wildlife parks, as well as conservation efforts in Singapore and the region. Visitors can travel, rest, play, and explore in Singapore, a true 'Garden City.'''
From exploring the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, and Rainforest Wild Asia, to staying at the Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, to savoring Singaporeans’ favorite cuisine, travelers visiting Singapore can enjoy a series of exclusive offers and activities through Pelago, SIA’s travel experience platform. In addition, co-branded merchandise will be available for purchase at KrisShop online and at selected stores within Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members can look forward to online offers for two upcoming indoor attractions – Curiosity Cove and Exploria. These attractions feature hyper-natural environments and immersive interactive play zones, located in the East Zone of Mandai Wildlife Reserve (which also includes Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, and River Wonders). Members will enjoy additional benefits, including earning bonus miles when purchasing tickets through Pelago, redeeming miles for experiences such as the all-inclusive Colugo Camp camping experience (launching in Q3 2025), and receiving a mystery gift.
To enhance public understanding and appreciation of the wonderful world of wildlife, starting August 2025, Singapore Airlines will introduce Mandai Wildlife Group content on its in-flight entertainment system – KrisWorld. Customers can watch the documentaries 'The Great Migration: First Steps' and 'The Great Migration: New Eden.' These works showcase the meticulous planning and care involved in relocating the bird residents of Jurong Bird Park to their new home at Bird Paradise.

About Singapore Airlines
The history of the Singapore Airlines Group dates back to 1947 with Malayan Airways Limited. The airline was renamed Malaysian Airways and subsequently Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA). In 1972, MSA split into Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Malaysian Airlines. Starting with only 10 aircraft and a network covering 22 cities in 18 countries, SIA gradually evolved into a world-class international aviation group. Singapore Airlines is committed to continuously enhancing the three pillars of its brand promise: excellence in service, premium products, and convenient network. In 2025, Singapore Airlines was once again the only Singapore brand included in Fortune’s 'World’s Most Admired Companies' top 50 list, and it stood out among airline industry peers, ranking first. Singapore Airlines has received numerous awards.
