Taronga Zoo Back Hill Beach, Best Viewpoint for Distant Views of Sydney Harbour
The second time I came to Taronga Zoo, I entered from the main entrance on the hilltop, took the cable car down to the side gate near the wharf, then turned onto the coastal walkway, passed through a small forest, saw a wild beach, and found this unbeatable scenic spot. This is also one of the most beautiful hiking routes.
This is the first beach encountered when walking from the zoo along the coastal path. It is a beach surrounded by rocky slopes and a wooden pier, where you can enjoy swimming in shallow water or relaxing fishing on the rocks.
This beach is very small, an unnamed wild beach with almost no people on it. Most tourists rarely come here.
Through the redwood trees along the tree-lined path, occasional gaps in the view reveal the magnificent scenery of Sydney Harbour.
The best viewpoint from the beach to overlook Sydney Harbour.
