This time I finally got to fully enjoy the views of the Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House, and the harbour area! Circular Quay in Sydney Harbour is the hub for ferries and cruises. People can choose from various classes and itineraries of ferries and cruise ships to enjoy the beauty of Sydney Harbour, the world's largest natural harbour. It is also the busiest tourist hub.
Come and explore Sydney Harbour with me! Sydney Harbour is not only a showcase area for Sydney to present itself to the world but also a waterfront area for locals to relax daily.
Iconic landmarks such as the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge are located here, together with Circular Quay, The Rocks, Sydney Harbour National Park, and the Queen Victoria Building cityscape, forming a beautiful urban harbour scenery.
From a cruise ship gliding on Sydney Harbour, the perspective is undoubtedly the best for sightseeing. The rippling blue waters and the vibrant city make Sydney Harbour truly unique.
The Sydney Opera House, a symbol of Australia, is absolutely stunning.
The Opera House looks like a cluster of pure, delicate seashells, radiating a soft glow under the sunlight.
A magnificent bridge known as the world's largest single-span arch bridge—this is the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge. The Sydney Harbour Bridge is an iconic early Sydney structure. It spans the bay like a long rainbow, majestic and imposing, facing the world-renowned Sydney Opera House across the water, becoming a symbol of Sydney.
Australians describe the shape of the Sydney Harbour Bridge as an "old-fashioned coat hanger" and regard it as a symbol of Sydney. Because the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House are adjacent, when people view the Opera House and the bridge as a whole, the grandeur and elegance, the dark and light tones, the straight lines and curves form a beautiful picture with strong contrast yet harmonious unity, truly complementing each other.
From "conception" to "birth," the Sydney Harbour Bridge took over 100 years. In 1857, Sydney engineer Peter Henderson drew the first design. After repeated revisions, it was not until 1923 that a tender was called based on the blueprint of Dr. J.J.C. Bradfield, the chief engineer supervising the construction of the railway bridge. A British engineering company won the contract. Construction of the Sydney Harbour Bridge's foundations began in 1924, and it was completed and opened to traffic on March 19, 1932, taking over eight years. The highest point of the Sydney Harbour Bridge is 134 meters above sea level, and it is also the fifth longest arch bridge in the world. According to Guinness World Records, it is also the tallest steel arch bridge and was once the widest long-span bridge in the world until it was replaced by the second Port Mann Bridge in Greater Vancouver, Canada, in 2012.

From the underside of the bridge, you can see the steel structure of the Harbour Bridge from different angles.
The Australian flag hangs on the bridge, visible from afar. In fact, many Australian attractions fly the flag.
The sky and the sea merged into one, dazzlingly blue. Beautiful, so beautiful—words fall short at such a moment.
On the opposite shore, Waterview Wharf Workshop is a popular Instagram spot. The five colorful houses, along with the tranquil harbour and the nearby Sydney Harbour Bridge, create a unique Sydney scene. It is hailed as the Copenhagen of Sydney and shines brightly among the many harbours of Sydney.
On the opposite shore is Cockatoo Island, the largest island in Sydney Harbour. The large chimney on the island is clearly visible.
