A city of Chang'an, half of Chinese history. Here, the profound Chinese culture was nurtured. After graduating and starting work, I visited Xi'an for the first time. I went with friends to the Dayan Pagoda, Xi'an Eternal Love, Tang Paradise, Great Tang All Day Mall, and other places, but what impressed me most was Xi'an Eternal Love.

The Xi'an Songcheng Eternal Love scenic area was jointly created by Xi'an Expo Group and Songcheng Performance. 'Xi'an Eternal Love' is a must-see performance in a lifetime. The stage show is extremely stunning. Using unique artistic expression, it selects fragments of Xi'an culture to present a well-loved work. Also, the live-action drama 'The Great Earthquake' is deeply moving.

The day we went, it rained, so there were fewer tourists than usual. Some outdoor performances were canceled, but the indoor shows still had many audience members, and some visitors even wore raincoats to explore.

Entering from the main gate, you arrive at Chang'an Square, where many performances take place. Walking to the left, you find Guoyan Street and Yanyun Street. Along these two streets are many shops selling local specialties, delicious food, wine, and even Hanfu rental. The dazzling array of goods makes shopping irresistible. Further ahead, you can see the Performance Square, Songcheng Square, and Theater No. 1.

If the weather permits, shows like 'Guofeng Flash Mob', 'Jianghu Encounters', 'Tianzhu Maiden', and 'Guozhuang Carnival' will be performed on schedule, creating a lively atmosphere. Just follow the schedule posted by the scenic area and wait for the performances.

Although we missed many outdoor performances, we didn't miss a single indoor one. 'Xi'an Eternal Love' and 'The Great Earthquake' are both well worth watching. The 5D live-action drama 'The Great Earthquake' even allows the audience to participate, with audience members and actors performing together to complete this deeply moving live show.

Having never performed on stage before, I eagerly joined in this time, playing a tourist heading to Jiuzhaigou. I immersed myself in the live drama, and in just a dozen minutes, it felt like I had truly experienced life and death. It was a very special experience. After the curtain call, every participating audience member received a participation certificate. After the performance, watching the audience gradually leave, I was filled with emotion. Unknowingly, the Wenchuan earthquake has become so distant. Life today is hard-won, and we must cherish it.

After a short rest following 'The Great Earthquake', we watched 'Xi'an Eternal Love'. It follows the story of a young Chinese-American woman returning to her ancestral homeland to find her roots, embarking on a journey to seek national memories. The show is divided into scenes such as 'The Light of Civilization', 'The Islet of Bahe', 'Yu the Great Taming the Waters', 'The Glorious Tang Dynasty', 'The Silk Road', and more.

What impressed me most were 'The Glorious Tang Dynasty' and 'The Silk Road'. The Tang Dynasty was an incredibly brilliant era in ancient China. Whether in economy, society, or culture and arts, it fully displayed the splendor and confidence of the Tang Dynasty's heyday. At that time, Chang'an was bustling with endless merchants and travelers, an international metropolis that countless people yearned for.

'The Glorious Tang Dynasty' recreates that prosperity. Women dressed in Tang costumes dance gracefully on stage, utterly captivating. The gorgeous costumes, dazzling lights, and beautiful women make it impossible to look away. You'll wish to travel back to the Tang Dynasty and witness the glory of Chang'an.

In human history, there has never been a trade route so arduous, stretching tens of thousands of miles and lasting for thousands of years — this is the Silk Road. 'The Silk Road' tells the story of a foreign dancer (Hu Ji) journeying home along the Silk Road. On the way, she encounters many hardships and dangers, with some even sacrificing their lives, leaving only the dancer and her camel to continue the journey.

The stage effects of 'Eternal Love' are incredibly realistic and stunning. Using a combination of virtual and real elements, it breaks the boundary between the stage and the audience area, delivering an artistic feast. When visiting the scenic area, you absolutely must see this performance!!!
