New Office Plaque Unveiling Ceremony of Xi'an New West Business Association Held at Shaanxi Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute

On the morning of September 28, the plaque unveiling ceremony for the new office of the Xi'an New West Business Association was held in the auditorium of the Shaanxi Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute. From that day forward, the Association began operating from the 2nd floor of the Institute's complex at No. 58 Wenjing Road, Weiyang District, Xi'an.

Distinguished guests attending the event included Deng Li, former Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress; Wang Gaimin, former Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee and former President of the Xi'an Alumni Association of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics; Li Xuemei, former Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, think-tank expert of the New West Business Association, and Honorary President of the New West Cloud-Big Data-IoT Digital Research Institute; Wu Yijian, President of Jinhua Group and Honorary President of the Xi'an New West Business Association; Zhang Baotong, Researcher and Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Academy of Social Sciences and Honorary Advisor of the Xi'an New West Business Association; Liu Xiaoqi, Supervisor of the Shaanxi Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative and think-tank expert of the New West Business Association; Xu Junfeng, former Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce and think-tank expert of the New West Business Association; Cao Lihong, Director of the Xi'an Municipal Social Organization Administration Bureau; Wei Guoqiang, Level I Researcher of the Xi'an Federation of Industry and Commerce; Xu Fengying, President of the Xi'an New West Business Association and President of the Xi'an Alumni Association of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics; Liu Xiaoping, think-tank expert of the Xi'an New West Business Association and Chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd.; and Zhang Weihong, Party Branch Secretary of the Xi'an New West Business Association. Also present were think-tank experts Dang Tianhu, Zhao Yang, Xiang Guohua, Han Xin, Bai Shanwen, Sun Wenlin, and Gu Xiaojun; Executive Vice Presidents Zhang Song (Chairman of Shaanxi Zhongming Jiantou Investment Group), Lin Yanfeng (Chairman of Shaanxi Daqin Taiji Zhiyuan Industrial Co., Ltd.), Ha Xueyun (Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Guohuaci Industrial Co., Ltd.) and Fu Yazhe (Deputy General Manager), Li Fangfang (Administrative Director of Gome Northwest Region); Vice Presidents Lei Xiping, Yue Kaiping, Zhang Yongqiang, Tao Fangdong, Jia Heyi, Han Yun, Chen Guiping, Guo Xiutao, Zhang Xi'an, Feng Xiaohong, Li Debin, Pang Bo, Wang Junqing, Xi Binquan, Wang Lei, Zhang Wanqiang, and Gao Yong; along with council members, association members, and more than 200 representatives from various chambers of commerce and entrepreneurs.

The conference was chaired by Guan Tian, Executive Secretary-General of the Xi'an New West Business Association.

First, Xu Fengying, President of the Xi'an New West Business Association, delivered a speech. She welcomed and thanked everyone for taking time out of their busy schedules to attend, and expressed gratitude to the Shaanxi Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute for providing spacious and bright office facilities. Xu briefly outlined the achievements of the Association since its establishment, emphasizing that "bringing together the strength of Xi'an entrepreneurs, inheriting the Xi'an entrepreneurial spirit, and promoting the rise of Xi'an entrepreneurs" is a mission that every member keeps in mind. After three years of development, the Association has transformed into an empowering platform that helps outstanding entrepreneurs grow and has contributed to local economic development. In the next step, the Association will prepare to establish the New West Entrepreneurs Investment Company and welcomes outstanding entrepreneurs from all sectors to join the Xi'an New West Business Association to jointly contribute to the rapid economic development of Xi'an.

Next, Liu Xiaoping, Chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd., gave a speech. He extended a warm welcome to the Xi'an New West Business Association for moving in, expressing that by sharing their respective strengths and working together, they would help the Association become a top-tier business association in China.

During the conference, the plaque unveiling ceremony took place. Leaders Deng Li, Wang Gaimin, Li Xuemei, Wu Yijian, and Xu Fengying unveiled the plaque together.

The plaque unveiling was followed by a ceremony to award plaques to new member units.

Li Xuemei presented the plaque to He Chunchao, General Manager of Shaanxi Kaidun Weier New Material Technology Co., Ltd., as an Executive Vice President unit. Zhang Baotong presented the plaque to Shi Fenggao, Deputy General Manager of Yunnan Shuangjiang Cunmuxiang Tea Industry Co., Ltd., as a Council Member unit. Executive Vice Presidents Zhang Song, Lin Yanfeng, Ha Xueyun, and Li Fangfang presented plaques to Li Hu, General Manager of Shaanxi Xueyigeng Culture Media Co., Ltd.; Gao Ze, Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Gaoli Investment Group Co., Ltd.; He Feng, Director of Generali China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Branch; and Wang Jianfeng, Deputy General Manager of Xi'an Haibei Clinic Co., Ltd. Zhang Weihong, Party Branch Secretary of the New West Business Association, led the new members in reciting the membership pledge.

Next was the appointment ceremony for think-tank experts. Wang Gaimin and Zhang Baotong presented letters of appointment to Li Hudong and Xu Ruoqing as think-tank experts.

The conference also featured a strategic signing ceremony between member companies China Unicom Xi'an High-tech Branch and Shanghai Hande Information Technology Co., Ltd. Zhang Yu, General Manager of China Unicom Xi'an High-tech Branch, signed the agreement with Sun Yuan, signing representative of Shanghai Hande Information Technology.
