The beautiful Dayantan Scenic Area is located in Goumen Town, Tumd Right Banner, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. Baotou Dayantan has vigorously developed fruit picking and folk experiences, resulting in the Dayantan Scenic Area.

In 2017, Dayantan Scenic Area was designated as one of China's first 18 national rural complex pilot projects, integrating agriculture, cultural tourism, and real estate into a development model that combines primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.

Xiwan Folk Street is the core highlight of the Dayantan Rural Complex, stretching 1,600 meters. It features local specialties such as coarse teas, handmade fabrics, mixed grains, an old winery, and various snacks. Four large farmhouse establishments have been built, including Changyuan and Weidao Xiaoyuan, and villagers have developed guesthouses with rustic charm. It has now become a folk culture tourism street that combines dining, lodging, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.
