Baotou Travel Guide | Unwind at Dayantan in Mid-May!

Early summer in May, we invite you to come and enjoy. There are also various cultural and entertainment activities waiting for you to check off and 'unlock'. Stroll along the Jiangnan-style oil-paper umbrella and wishing wind chime corridor, and experience a different kind of springtime charm.

The beautiful Dayantan Scenic Area is located in Goumen Town, Tumut Right Banner, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. It is bordered by the Yin Mountains to the north and the Yellow River to the south, situated in the heart of the Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos 'Golden Triangle', with convenient transportation.

The project began in 2013. The scenic area covers 5,000 mu (approx. 333 hectares), with a total investment of 126 million yuan. Key features include a fruit-picking garden, a breeding and ornamental garden, a hundred-flower garden, an agricultural experience garden, a folk custom street, a water park, and a Beacon Tower Command Platform. It has become an open, high-standard eco-tourism destination centered around fruit picking, flower viewing, and farm life experiences, integrating natural scenery, historic sites, cultural heritage, and specialty farming and breeding. It is the largest natural oxygen bar in western China.
