As soon as the weather turns nice, my restless travel heart starts stirring again. Especially now, the number of people traveling with their parents is gradually increasing. After the show 'Take Your Parents on a Trip' aired for a while, I also started planning to take my parents out for a stroll.

Thinking back to my trip to Harbin last year, choosing a hotel for traveling with parents is a technical task.

It needs to be not only warm and comfortable but also convenient for taking care of the elderly. So the hotels booked for the trip must have family rooms.

Moreover, during this period, with the pandemic raging, all kinds of protection measures still need to be in place.

Hotel: Harbin Wutong Negative Oxygen Ion Hotel

Address: 26-28F, Building E, Yintai City, No. 4206 Lijiang Road, Daoli District, Harbin [Qunli Bund Leisure and Cultural Zone]

There are many room types to choose from, mainly family rooms that can accommodate four people.

The hotel releases negative oxygen ions year-round without any blind spots, with a health and eco-friendly theme. It uses the nationally pioneering oxygen-producing clay as a new eco-friendly decorating material, maintaining constant temperature in summer and warmth in winter. Natural negative oxygen ions aid sleep, purify indoor air, and are odorless. The floor-to-ceiling windows are also ideal for drinking tea and enjoying the city view.

I think this place is particularly clean. Towels are stored in a disinfection cabinet, and there are also disposable toilet seat covers and alcohol wipes. And we went there in last November, not during the current pandemic. These are standard in the room. So whether for business trips or leisure travel, I want to share this kind of health-themed hotel with everyone.

This hotel has suites where you can cook your own meals, equipped with a series of kitchenware. Actually, the elders in the family are quite picky, thinking that meals outside are never as good as homemade ones, and this setup suits us perfectly. Moreover, buying groceries here is also very convenient. Of course, if traveling during the pandemic, cooking your own meals is also better.

Additionally, the hotel has its own restaurant. For those not used to cooking, you can eat directly in the restaurant.

Another thing that can't be compromised when traveling is the location. If the hotel is close to tourist attractions, that's great! Previously, my family wanted to visit the Ice and Snow World. This hotel is close to the Ice and Snow World, near the Songhua River, and also close to Qunli Bund. You can have a big tour right around here.

Furthermore, the hotel has an indoor pool, a chess and card room, and a children's play area. Friends bringing kids can come and play. Additionally, they provide childcare, so when you're not available, the hotel can look after your children.

Choosing a hotel is especially important when traveling with parents. If you go to Harbin, I strongly recommend this health and eco-friendly themed hotel!
