Precautions during farmhouse barbecue
1. During the farmhouse barbecue, the chef's task is the most important because it's a team outing, group cooking, and there are many dishes. The cooking oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, and other seasonings provided are theoretically one-time supplies. Therefore, when the chef plans the dishes, please coordinate and allocate reasonably. Common seasonings like light soy sauce, star anise, cooking wine, cornstarch, Sichuan pepper, salt, sugar, and vinegar are placed on a common countertop at the barbecue site in Songhu Ecological Park (Dongguan farmhouse) for everyone to use at any time.
2. All barbecue ingredients and cooking oil are provided at once. Hope each team allocates reasonably. Barbecue seasonings can be taken in disposable cups. Follow the principle of saving and environmental protection: take as much as you need, do not waste.
3. Each group's barbecue ticket should be kept properly before collecting ingredients. When collecting ingredients, give the corresponding barbecue ticket to the farm staff.
4. The bowls collected by ticket are for eating. They are distributed according to the number of people. After cooking, you need to wash the bowls for serving rice. After finishing the meal, the staff will clean up.
5. Chicken and fish need to be killed and processed by ourselves. When processing, try to dispose of chicken feathers and fish scales in the trash can.
6. Each table is provided with only one knife, so we need to divide work properly: some catch fish, some wash vegetables, some cut vegetables. Do not have everyone do everything together; when cutting vegetables, not everyone cuts, otherwise there will be insufficient knives.
