The two of us chatted and laughed along the way, catching up on a drama, and the time flew by. I researched online and, to save us from the hassle of traveling around and to make sure we had a great time, I chose Sunac Dianchi Back Sea, which had everything from food to fun. When we got off the train, we took a taxi straight there—about 10 kilometers, costing around 20 yuan.

As soon as we arrived, we were hungry, and right next door was a Desheng Bridge Tofu Pudding Rice Noodles shop. I thought a chain store would taste 'standard,' but it was unexpectedly delicious.

TIPS: Tofu Pudding Rice Noodles: surprisingly tasty. Small bowl with meat, 11 yuan; large bowl, 14 yuan. Bean Flour Tangyuan: two large ones for 5 yuan, just to my liking—soft and sticky, really good. Rice Pudding was also delicious, reminiscent of the rice paste I ate as a child—not too milky, just a light flavor.
