The ceiling uses an octagonal roof typical of ancient Chinese architecture, with a golden dragon coiled in the middle, symbolizing good fortune—very grand and noble. As for the food? For a Chinese palate that loves hot dishes, I can only say I was too pleasantly surprised! As everyone knows, there are many northern guests in Macau, so this place also gathers top-tier chefs from all over. To dare to open a meat-focused restaurant specializing in northern cuisine here, you can imagine the confidence and strength behind it. Let me share a no-miss menu from this visit ▼ Beijing "Crisp but Not Greasy" Roast Duck, Ming Yuan Yellow Jar, Kumquat Foie Gras, Northeast Seafood Hot Pot, Signature Skewers (Hetian Gobi Lamb, Cumin Roasted Beef), Hawthorn Crystal Sugar Skewers, Special Cocktail—Harmony. Rich broth is slowly simmered with premium ingredients like sea cucumber, fish maw, and abalone, resembling a mini version of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall. In terms of texture, it's like a thick soup—smooth, rich, and deeply savory. It comes with a small bowl of rice and a few small side dishes. Pour the broth over the rice, and I could easily eat several bowls! And the cocktail named "Harmony," made with baijiu and Pu'er tea as its base, was an unexpected delight. It incorporates Portuguese almond liqueur, house-made lemon tea ginger vinegar, and Angostura bitters. These seemingly unrelated ingredients, when mixed together, live up to their name—"Harmony." The crisp, cool sensation reminds me of Sichuan fritillary loquat syrup. The addition of baijiu adds softness and mellow aroma, giving it a distinctly Chinese flavor profile.
