During our journey in Golmud, on the third day's itinerary, we were a bit worried.

The elevation of Kunlun Mountain Pass is 4,767 meters. Last time, when we arranged to arrive here on the first day, several of us had to take oxygen. The discomfort of altitude sickness is still unforgettable.

So, going up to Kunlun Mountain Pass again, we couldn't help but feel apprehensive.

After visiting the Kunlun Sacred Spring, which 'gushes year-round' and 'never freezes in any season', we then walked through the Wuji Longfeng Palace, the highest-altitude Taoist temple in the world. We brought simple meals and enjoyed the beauty of Yuzhu Peak at the Kunlun Mountain viewing platform.

At that moment, clouds gathered at the top of Kunlun Mountain, and we were all mesmerized.

Several traveling companions, despite having some reactions upon arrival, couldn't suppress their joy and flew into the sky to take a quick look.

At the Kunlun Mountain Yuzhu Peak viewing platform, we watched the continuous snowy peaks before us, beautiful like a painting.

On the viewing platform, there were many colorful prayer flags.

Yuzhu Peak is the highest peak in the eastern section of Kunlun Mountain, with an altitude of 6,178 meters.

Every year, many outdoor enthusiasts challenge to summit it.
