Lanyuan Homestay was renovated from an abandoned primary school, a project that lasted nearly two years. Its architectural features retain the traditional Hui-style architecture and the original campus layout.

Room names continue to follow the sequence of class numbers. Two large sycamore trees in the courtyard were planted personally by the principal 40 years ago. The old blackboard indoors still records the passage of time today.

Hongju Homestay

Hongju Homestay is located in Panzhang Village, Xianxia Town, Ningguo City. It covers an area of over 200 mu with a building area of 5,000 square meters. There are five main buildings, all in Hui-style architecture.

The homestay includes one ancient dwelling, renovated from a late Qing Dynasty southern Anhui ancient residence. In front of the house is a central garden with a pavilion, footpath, flowers and trees, and rockery; behind the house is an open-air small courtyard. Following the path behind the ancient residence, there is a Hui-style scenic tower and a suspension bridge, allowing access from the rooftop directly to the bamboo forest behind the house for hiking and strolling. Next to the tower is a private Hui-style courtyard, converted from a 1950s mud-walled house, with ancient trees and swimming fish, suitable for family trips. Nearby are a themed restaurant and a special guest room building. It is a homestay cluster themed around red tourism, integrating dining, accommodation, folk experience, and leisure sightseeing.

The homestay is adjacent to the Ningguo Special Branch Memorial Hall, surrounded by a lotus appreciation garden, flower viewing garden, entertainment center, and a glass walkway. The flower garden covers over 50 mu, planted with cherry blossoms, summer lotus, magnolia, crape myrtle, and other flowers. Taoyuan Homestay is a waterside mountain homestay converted from a standalone village house, where guests can experience the slow pace of rural life.
