From an ordinary mountain village road to a nationally renowned self-driving tour route, the popularity of the 'Southern Anhui Sichuan-Tibet Line' has attracted tourists to visit. Most people just want a quick, superficial tour. However, for those who prefer a slow-paced travel, different ways of enjoying the scenery are a great approach to experiencing this self-driving route. For example, camping and barbecuing in the quiet depths of the mountains, living in harmony with nature, and personally experiencing a state of tranquility where one feels united with the surroundings can transform a rough self-driving trip into a refined and educational journey. From Ningguo to Jing County, this country road is not much different from those in other regions, so why has it become so popular across the whole country? I think it might be the ecological environment here. The high concentration of negative oxygen ions and the beautiful natural scenery of mountains and water have led many local self-driving travelers to discover the beauty here. It became a case of 'planting willows unintentionally creating shade,' and it quickly attracted a lot of attention. That's probably how it became so popular.

Starting from Qinglong Township in Ningguo, following this mountain road, you can go all the way to Taoling in Jing County. Along the way, besides the rugged and majestic winding mountain roads, there are also incredibly beautiful natural landscapes, with stunning views from beginning to end. This makes driving on what would otherwise be a dangerous mountain road a pleasure. Over time, people have come to love self-driving here. On normal days, traffic here is relatively manageable, but on weekends and holidays, it becomes very congested. This year during the May Day holiday, we had to abandon our original plan due to severe traffic jams and instead tried something new nearby.

Even if this road weren't congested, we would have stopped to camp and barbecue here. Such an environment is truly rare, with cool green tones that look so soothing. So we decided to have a good time around here.

Although camping and outdoor barbecuing are fun activities, we must also pay attention to environmental protection and safety. First, park the car in a hidden, safe, and suitable place, which is responsible for both oneself and others.

When we were about to find a quieter and more comfortable spot, we noticed several young ladies from out of town had already set up tents there. They were all beautiful and clearly loved this environment, so we didn't want to disturb them and decided to look elsewhere.

We found an open space near the riverbank, but it wasn't very private because it was closer to the road. However, as a first attempt at camping and barbecuing here, the experience felt great. No matter what, this new way of enjoying the Southern Anhui Sichuan-Tibet Line is very interesting, and we look forward to it.

In fact, the environment along the entire route is very pleasant, with a generally quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Except for some spots near the road that lack privacy, the rest is quite good.
