Virtual Cherry Blossom Viewing
Although my body is currently confined by reality, my soul should still do things in season. Many friends originally planned to go to places where cherry blossoms are in full bloom to feel the spring atmosphere. Even if plans have changed, I hope everyone maintains a good mood and looks forward to life.
I happened to flip through photos and found an album from a few years ago when my good neighbor Amber and I went to see cherry blossoms in Tokyo. So I organized and shared them to welcome April together.

At Sensoji Temple, the early cherry blossoms were in full bloom
Many visitors at Sensoji Temple were wearing kimonos for photos
An aunt in kimono gave me a thought: Do aunties around the world all follow the same logic for posing?
I really like Sumida Park. The park's promenade runs along the river in a long strip, with rows and rows of cherry blossom trees along the river, attracting many visitors.
And from the promenade, you can see the Skytree in the distance.
Even though it's the same scenery every year, the Japanese never tire of it.
The next day we went to Ueno Park, and it had turned cloudy.
Weather can't stop people from enjoying cherry blossoms.
Even with an umbrella, they still come to see the blossoms.

The little animals also want to enjoy them together.
The cherry trees on Omotesando had already mastered the "rain" skill early on.
Restaurants also put out seasonal cherry blossom decorations

The University of Tokyo also had cherry blossoms in full bloom, but the scenes under the trees often had an academic feel.
This season, taxi drivers should have the happiest job in all of Tokyo.
People near Yoyogi Park weren't so leisurely; life still goes on.
Except for the retired elderly
Or wealthy aunties living in Minato Ward
Near Daikanyama, the late cherry blossoms had already started.

I hope life returns to normal soon!
