Before the travelogue~

This travelogue is written by Sister Xi, who was invited by the Sanhe City Tourism Bureau to visit Sanhe in September 2017. There are three articles in total, taking everyone to enjoy the beautiful autumn scenery of Sanhe.

Mingfu Villa really exceeded my expectations and once again gave Sister Xi's family a surprise. The bird's-nest-shaped bamboo huts are scattered among the mountains and fields, with a stunning night view. Please give a thumbs up, dear readers~

Strolling leisurely along the paths of Mingfu Villa, you'll see flowers covering the hills, flocks of geese, and free-ranging sheep... all of which provide us with a steady supply of natural green food. I recommend the sky restaurant here—the ingeniously designed cableway transport will surely leave an unforgettable impression.

The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with furniture arranged very neatly. Of course, there are also rustic courtyard houses. Because the temperature difference between day and night on the mountain is quite large, if you plan to go during the National Day holiday, be sure to bring extra clothes to keep warm.

Speaking of dining, actually these ecological parks I recommend all have restaurants with great food. But today I recommend a farmhouse—Qingcaotang. It's different from other ecological parks: here they have wild free-range picking gardens? There are persimmons, apples, sour pears, jujubes, and small animals like ponies and wild boars. In early autumn, bringing children to pick jujubes is so much fun. They have several hundred-year-old walnut trees, all purely wild, pollution-free, and pesticide-free. They spread the walnuts out in the yard to dry, and you can crack them open and eat them—they're especially delicious.

The cooking at their place is also superb. Not only are the ingredients extremely abundant and all kinds of green foods, but the most impressive thing is that the chef can restore the most authentic taste of the ingredients. Sautéed pork liver, scrambled eggs, braised pork, millet and tofu pudding—the family sits together, gazing at the full moon, enjoying the delicious food, listening to the birds and insects, allowing body and mind to merge with nature, indulging in a moment of bliss.
