To present a panoramic view of the city's sense of responsibility with "always being concerned" and a work style of "being resolute and quick," striving to create a new situation of high-quality development and foster a strong online public opinion atmosphere, the online event "See My Hometown Beautiful – Running Langfang" was fully launched on October 11.
This event is guided by the Internet Communication Division of the Hebei Provincial Cyberspace Administration and hosted by the Langfang Municipal Cyberspace Administration. In accordance with epidemic prevention and control requirements, the event adopts a method primarily online with offline supplementation. More than 20 central and provincial key online media, well-known commercial websites, and representatives of positive online influencers focus on the frontlines of production and construction in counties and districts such as Langfang Lingang Economic Zone, Yongqing County, and Gu'an County. Through themed posters, short videos, graphics and text, H5, and other forms, it panoramically and multi-dimensionally showcases Langfang's firm establishment of the clear orientation of "rolling up sleeves and working harder, filling in your own report card," making full and good use of the "four tasks" working method and the "four-color management method," and truly grasping implementation in a running state, striving to push Langfang to the forefront of the province in the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with effective measures and vivid examples.

Beijing Daxing International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone
At the No. 3 main gate on the Hebei side of the Beijing Daxing International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone, with the prompt "Direct Release," three container trucks carrying a net weight of 60 tons of imported goods from countries including Spain, Chile, and France passed through the customs smart gate of the Daxing Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone in "seconds."
The Beijing Daxing International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone is the first customs special supervision area built across provincial administrative regions in China. Following the requirements of "unified leadership, unified planning, unified standards, unified control, and unified assessment," it establishes a unified and efficient management system for the comprehensive bonded zone. It pioneers a nationwide model of "one system, one-time tally, one-time inspection, one-time withdrawal" for integrated zone-port customs clearance, building a national benchmark for cross-border co-consultation, co-construction, and co-sharing new models for comprehensive bonded zones. Since the first batch of goods cleared customs on April 25 this year, imports and exports have reached 169 million yuan, with accelerated progress in key project construction and investment attraction. Currently, 85 enterprises are registered in the comprehensive bonded zone, with approximately 130,000 square meters of public warehouses, multimodal transport warehouses, bonded smart logistics, and storage centers put into use. The Minsheng Logistics Supply Chain Project invested by Singapore Nanyang, the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Bonded Logistics Project, the Biomedical Bonded R&D Incubator Project, and the Logistics Port Project have all broken ground, with an expected industrial output value of over 10 billion yuan.
Sinopharm Science and Technology City · Pharmaceutical Supply Chain CSO Center
In October, the temperature in Langfang is slightly cool. Entering the Langfang Lingang Economic Zone, there are towering cranes everywhere, a bustling construction scene. "The Sinopharm Science and Technology City · Pharmaceutical Supply Chain CSO Center project has a total investment of $185 million. It mainly constructs high-standard warehouse logistics centers, cold chain centers, distribution centers, centralized procurement and settlement centers, comprehensive buildings, and other facilities. So far, the main structure of the project has been completed and interior decoration is underway. It is expected to be completed by the end of the year," detailed project manager Xiong Xiaohua at the project site.
This project is one of the modern commercial logistics enterprises introduced to the Lingang Economic Zone, playing a leading role in extending the industrial chain, optimizing industrial layout, and forming industrial agglomeration in the zone. The project aims to leverage Sinopharm Group's leading position in the pharmaceutical circulation industry, integrating the group's system and its upstream and downstream industrial and commercial enterprises' procurement, distribution, logistics, warehousing, trade settlement, e-commerce, exhibition, and display into a supply chain CSO center. After completion, annual sales and settlement will not be less than 3 billion yuan, with annual tax revenue of not less than 110 million yuan. It will create a life and health industry cluster in the Lingang Economic Zone, forming a leading pillar for the life and health sector in the zone.
02 Coordinated Development, Demonstration and Driving – Commerce and Logistics Industry Brimming with Vitality
Yongqing County YTO Express North Headquarters Base
In the sorting workshop of the YTO Express North Headquarters Base Phase I project, the YTO North Transshipment Center (Intelligent Innovation Park), fully automatic sorting lines are running at high speed 24 hours a day. 43 wheel-type or arm-type sorting chutes, with 25 wheel-type or arm-type sorting chutes on the conveyor belt, directly sort these parcels into trucks bound for 97 branch companies in Beijing.
Located in the Yongqing County Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, the YTO Express North Headquarters Base is currently YTO's largest hub base nationwide. Currently, the base processes about 4.6 million inbound and outbound parcels daily. Among them, inbound parcels mainly come from provinces and cities in East, Central, and South China. "The base has newly introduced one set of double-layer and four sets of three-layer automated parcel sorting equipment, with a maximum daily processing capacity of 6 million parcels, greatly improving the efficiency of parcel transshipment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It can reduce more than 200 large trucks 17.5 meters long entering Beijing daily, effectively relieving traffic pressure in Beijing," introduced Liu Pan, the base center manager.
Yongqing County, where the YTO Express North Headquarters Base is located, is close to Daxing International Airport, giving it obvious advantages in developing the Lingang economy. After full operation, the project can achieve annual operating revenue of 4 billion yuan, pay taxes of 150 million yuan, and create over 2,400 new jobs. From January to August this year, it cumulatively processed over 800 million parcels, with total revenue of 480 million yuan and tax payment of 31 million yuan. So far, the project has cumulatively invested 1.4 billion yuan.
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Gu'an) International Trade City
"100 double-sided wool coats, 150 down jackets, 50 parkas..." At the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Gu'an) International Trade City, merchant manager Xu Lijuan received an order via WeChat from a Tianjin customer. Xu Lijuan said: "Due to the epidemic, some old customers now choose to select goods and place orders online. For customers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, goods are usually shipped one day and arrive the next day."
The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (Gu'an) International Trade City is one of the landmark projects in Hebei Province to undertake the relocation of non-capital functions from Beijing. It covers all categories of clothing and apparel, shoes, bags, leather goods, small commodities, household items, and other formats, enabling one-stop procurement. "Currently, the trade city has taken in more than 4,000 merchants from the 'Beijing Dahongmen' and 'Zoo Old Clothing Wholesale Market' and other clothing wholesale markets, and 56 logistics companies have settled in, enabling 'one-point dispatch nationwide' to meet merchants' shipping and receiving needs," said Wang Shuo, Deputy General Manager of the trade city. After full operation, the project will employ 30,000 people.
03 High-End Manufacturing, Innovation Leading – Striving to Be the National Leader in High-End Electronic Glass
Hebei Window Glass Co., Ltd.
In the first-phase production workshop of Hebei Window Glass Co., Ltd. in Yongqing Economic Development Zone, ultra-thin electronic glass pieces about 1.2 meters long, 1 meter wide, and only 0.4 mm thick are easily lifted by huge robotic arms, neatly stacked, and packaged in bundles of 360 pieces.
Hebei Window Glass Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 and is the only enterprise in the province producing ultra-thin electronic glass. The company's full series of high quality medium-aluminum ultra-thin electronic glass from 0.25 mm to 1.1 mm, as well as 0.7 mm cover glass and ITO products, are currently unique in China. "Currently, the first phase of Hebei Window is operating at full capacity. In the next two years, we will focus on promoting the construction and operation of the second production line. The second production line mainly focuses on the development, production, and sales of TP-Sensor touch glass and ITO conductive glass. After completion and operation, it will further improve Hebei Window's product structure and product portfolio in the electronic glass field," said Li Jufeng, Deputy General Manager of Hebei Window Glass Co., Ltd.
Since its establishment, the company has paid 165 million yuan in taxes and won more than 40 honors, rated as a national-level specialized and new 'Little Giant'. To further increase product market share, in 2021 the company invested 286 million yuan to build a second phase of the 150-ton per day full-oxygen furnace ultra-thin electronic glass production line and an R&D center. After production, annual capacity is expected to increase by more than 20,000 tons, annual output value will double to 450 million yuan, annual tax payment will increase by more than 30 million yuan, and more than 110 jobs will be created.
04 Technology Driven, Benefiting Farmers and Agriculture – Modern Agriculture Assisting Rural Revitalization

Entering the greenhouse of Shunzhai Modern Agriculture Park, verdant vegetables are thriving. Gu'an County Shunzhai Melon and Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative was established in April 2007, located 50 kilometers south of Tiananmen in Beijing, with unique geographical advantages, convenient and developed transportation, and unique natural resources. It is the core enterprise of Gu'an National Agricultural Science and Technology Park.
"Since its establishment, the cooperative has continuously tried to explore and innovate, always taking the production of high-quality and safe vegetables as the enterprise's development purpose. We have reached cooperation intentions with many international enterprises. The cooperative undertakes scientific and technological plan support projects each year, testing, demonstrating, and promoting high-quality new special vegetable varieties suitable for local production and popular in supermarkets," said Zhang Shunzhai, Chairman of Shunzhai Melon and Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative. Currently, the cooperative's own core base has reached 3,000 mu, with more than 500 solar greenhouses and 30 seedling greenhouses. To ensure year-round production and supply, the cooperative not only strengthens base construction within the local area but also builds some bases in Zhangjiakou, Anhui, Sichuan, and other places. In addition, to assist in rural revitalization, the Shunzhai Cooperative has built an operation model of "cooperative + base + farmers," continuously promoting the transformation of agricultural operations from dispersed to appropriately scaled, radiating and driving 1,400 surrounding vegetable farmers to increase production and income, achieving a benign interaction and sustainable development between 'people' and 'land'.
