Taihe Village is located in the northeast of Wenfeng Township, Zhushan County, covering an area of 22.3 square kilometers. With its picturesque landscapes, it attracts visitors from near and far.

In recent years, Taihe Village has implemented the "Two Mountains" concept, relying on its ecological advantages, adhering to the integrated development of scenic spots and villages, as well as agriculture, culture, and tourism. Entering Taihe Plum Blossom Valley, the scenery changes with every step, poetic and enchanting. Beishan Academy, Plum Blossom Mountain, Meixiang Stream, Chenyu Pond, and other attractions are hidden within the valley. The scenic area boasts over 8,000 plum trees of various varieties, planted along the mountains to complement the terrain. From mid-November each year, the wintersweet begins to quietly bloom, emitting a subtle fragrance. It arrives with spring, carrying a faint aroma. Plum tree branches are adorned with buds and blossoms; when the wind blows, red and pink plum flowers sway, forming a magnificent sea of blossoms.

Currently, the red plum blossoms in the scenic area are in full bloom. Some proudly stand on the branches, while others are still budding. Walking under the plum trees, the subtle fragrance and sparse shadows are intoxicating. Once inside the plum grove, waves of fragrance assail the nostrils, making one involuntarily take a deep breath. The scent emanates from deep within the wintersweet's flower cores. The yellow flowers are translucent, incredibly beautiful. Whether amidst the mountains or outside the red walls, the scene exudes poetic charm.

After the Beginning of Spring, the weather is still chilly, but the wintersweet trees emit a rich fragrance. You must not miss such elegant charm.

Legend has it that Taihe Temple was built at the same time as Mount Wudang, and the origin of Taoism's spread originated from Mount Wudang. Thus, Taihe Temple shares the same lineage as Mount Wudang.

Taihe Village opens its arms, gently embracing the green mountains like a mother. The Taihe Temple, perched atop the green peaks, is a sacred place where villagers pray for peace, harmony, happiness, prosperity, and good fortune. Over the years, incense offerings have been continuous.
