Huangshan Team Tour
Organizing a team activity requires choosing an attractive place. Since ancient times, Huangshan has been one of the top famous mountains in China, where you can enjoy the "Four Wonders of Huangshan" – strange pines, grotesque rocks, sea of clouds, and hot springs.
I have visited Huangshan several times, but each season offers a different beauty.
This time, instead of staying in Tangkou, we stayed directly at the foot of Huangshan:
The next morning, we took a cable car up the mountain.
The scenic area is divided into Front Mountain and Back Mountain. Front Mountain refers to the area from Ciguang Pavilion to Bright Summit, that is, the Hot Spring, Jade Screen Pavilion, and Sky Sea scenic areas. The main attractions include Greeting Pine, Half-Mountain Temple, Celestial Capital Peak, Jade Screen Pavilion, Lotus Peak, A Thread of Sky, and Aoyu Peak.
Back Mountain refers to the area from Cloud Valley Temple to Bright Summit, that is, the North Sea and West Sea scenic areas. The main attractions include Shixin Peak, Lion Peak, Cloud-Dispelling Pavilion, West Sea Grand Canyon, Flying-over Stone, and Pine Valley Nunnery.
After a one-day tour of Huangshan, we stayed another night at the foot of the mountain. The next morning, we took a bus to visit Taiping Lake.
Taiping Lake is located in Huangshan District, 143 kilometers from the city seat of Tunxi. It lies between Huangshan and Mount Jiuhua, 30 kilometers north from the South Gate of Mount Jiuhua and 30 kilometers south from Gengcheng Town, the North Gate of Huangshan. Its geographical location is very advantageous.
Taiping Lake boasts unique lake and mountain scenery: the lake water is clear and blue, the green mountains roll continuously, the water is graceful, and the islands scatter like pearls. It is known as the "Lover of Huangshan" and "China's Emerald".
The trip to Huangshan and Taiping Lake was very enjoyable. After returning, everyone had more energy and worked even harder!
