As soon as our cups were empty of tea, staff immediately came to refill them. If we needed something from the staff, they were very quick, unlike some restaurants where you wait five or six minutes just for a spoon. The service attitude at Youhong Chicken Feather Shop was also my favorite type—the staff were very proactive. Later, I specifically looked up Youhong Chicken Feather Shop online. They focus on Bashu folk cuisine, but they are not just about delicious and distinctive dishes—they are inheritors of the intangible cultural heritage of Bashu folk cuisine!
