The ingredients for soft steamed buns are soft proso millet flour and lentils. The AAA Yaowang Mountain Scenic Area is located 1.5 kilometers east of Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, covering an area of 10.1 square kilometers. The mountain is surrounded by five peaks, with ancient cypresses lush and green, numerous steles, and beautiful scenery. During the Sui and Tang dynasties, the great medical scientist Sun Simiao retired here in his later years, wrote books, and was later revered as the 'Medicine King' (Yaowang), hence the name Yaowang Mountain.

Appreciate the treasure trove of stone carvings and view the ancient building complex of Yaowang Mountain

The stone carvings of Yaowang Mountain are scattered all over the mountain, especially the cliff statues, medical prescription steles, and more than two hundred statue steles since the Northern Wei Dynasty. They are vivid in image, delicate in conception, and smooth in lines. In 1961, they were announced by the State Council as one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units. They are precious historical materials for studying calligraphy, culture, art, and the history of ethnic minorities.

The ancient buildings of Yaowang Mountain were first built in the Sui Dynasty, with additions and repairs in subsequent dynasties, gradually forming an ancient building complex. The entire architecture follows the mountain's contours, grand and magnificent, presenting a spectacular view.

Chengming Animal Husbandry, located in Shizhu Kefang Village, is a beautiful pasture with a pleasant environment, refreshing and comfortable. Entering the gate, there are pavilions, towers, wooden steps, exuding a rustic charm. The eye-catching feature is the suspended purple clay pot pouring clear water into a medicinal cuisine health basin, with the water flowing slowly, very beautiful. The pot bears the inscription 'Chengming Animal Husbandry', prominently displayed. 'A pot of tea awaits your arrival' – this pot represents a great cause, long-standing and enduring with heavy responsibilities. Even in summer, when you walk into the sheep barn of Chengming Animal Husbandry, you can smell no gamey odor, only the gentle scent of grass. The sheep, Xi Yangyang and Mei Yangyang, each with pure white fur, leisurely stroll on the wooden plank floor.

Huangling National Forest Park

As a national 4A-level scenic area in Shaanxi, Huangling National Forest Park is rich in landscapes. The mountains, waters, forests, and temple buildings complement each other, with babbling streams, birdsong and floral fragrance. Every glance reveals an irreproducible landscape painting. The park is decorated with lively windmills and beautiful folding fans, fully enhancing the festive atmosphere. Huangling National Forest Park is a national 4A-level tourist attraction and a national forest park, consisting of three major scenic areas: Zi'e Temple, Xuanyuan Health Valley, and Feilong Ridge. The park has dense forests, unique landforms, humid climate, abundant water resources, and a forest ecological environment that is elegant and charming. It is home to more than 890 species of animals and plants, with a forest coverage rate of up to 98%, and is known as 'a green pearl on the Loess Plateau'.

Zi'e Temple is located in the southern part of the forest park. It is the most unique among the many ancient temples on Ziwu Ridge, mainly reflected in five aspects: steep mountain terrain and beautiful environment; long history and grand scale; dense grottoes and perilous plank roads; excellent feng shui and imperial patronage; and the coexistence of three religions and the common origin of three health concepts.

Coming out from the back of Zi'e Temple and walking down the Yundu Bridge, the bridge is 50 meters long, 2 meters wide, and 20 meters high, a full glass bridge. Walking on it feels like flying through the clouds, also implying 'ferrying all beings'. The inverted seated Guanyin: the Guanyin statue is 12.9 meters in total height, with the statue itself 6.9 meters and the base water tower 6 meters high. It stands in the pine forest, symbolizing Guanyin standing to protect peace. The suspended plank road: located in the Zi'e Temple scenic area, built along the mountain, stretching over 3,000 meters, it is the best place in the entire southern scenic area for climbing and viewing. The cliff swing: connected to the glass observation deck, over 70 meters high, offering a thrilling challenge while providing a panoramic view of the layered peaks.

It is said to be the birthplace of the Yellow Emperor and the place where he discussed health with Qibo, and is the birthplace of the 'Huangdi Neijing' (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon). Xuanyuan Valley was originally called Baiyao Valley (Hundred Herb Valley), and is said to be where the Medicine King Sun Simiao began tasting hundreds of herbs and delving into Chinese herbal medicine. The Three Health Gate: From its appearance, it looks like two 'mountain' characters connected, symbolizing the Daqiao Mountain. This gate is called the Three Health Gate, referring to 'three healths' – health of body, mind, and nature, encompassing the three major elements of human health. Danhu: The lake in front of us, shaped like a gourd, is called 'Danhu' (Cinnabar Gourd) by the local people. Viewed from above, the entire canyon looks like a treasure gourd. Ten-mile Pine Corridor: In the south, bamboo groves are beautiful; in the north, pine forests are spectacular. On both sides of the road, pine trees stand verdant and tall, forming a straight path like a corridor, hence called the 'Ten-mile Pine Corridor'. Danxia Waterfall: It was built in combination with the special geological conditions here. Its name has two meanings: one is that this area belongs to the Danxia landform, and the other is that when the sunset shines here and blends with the water mist, it presents a colorful rainbow.

Feilong Ridge Scenic Area is 6 kilometers long. It acts like the middle of a dumbbell, tightly connecting Xuanyuan Health Valley and Zi'e Temple scenic areas, forming a large-scale landscape cluster. The winding paths lead to secluded spots, with birdsong and floral fragrance. Looking around, the peaks rise and fall, stretching endlessly, presenting a majestic highland forest sea.
