[Henan] Luoyang Luanchuan Chongdugou Self-driving Two-Day Tour Guide

[Preface] Located in Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province. It was named by Emperor Guangwu of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Liu Xiu, who crossed the Yi River twice here to escape Wang Mang's pursuit and later established his empire. The scenic area consists of Dicui River Scenic Area (West Valley) and Jinji River Scenic Area (South Valley). The South Valley features waterfalls and springs, highlighting 'water'; the West Valley has beautiful bamboo groves and forests, highlighting 'seclusion.' Main attractions include: Dicui River, Shuilianxian Palace, Xiefenya Waterfall, Feihong Waterfall, etc. The famous writer Zhang Yigong praised it: 'High gorges and flying waterfalls hide secluded paths, green waters and beautiful bamboos cherish ancient feelings; viewing mountains and waters vertically and bamboos horizontally, listening to birds above and springs below.' National 4A-level scenic spot, National Ecological Demonstration Area, Funiu Mountain Geopark, and one of Henan's top ten scenic spots. Transportation info: (for reference) Chongdugou Scenic Area Tourist Center. (Self-driving cars can be parked at the hotel inside the scenic area.) There are direct buses to Chongdugou from two long-distance bus stations next to Luoyang Railway Station. Chongdugou ticket: 100 yuan, booking online 90 yuan. (One-ticket system, no time limit.)
