"The world is so big, I want to see it!" I totally agree with that sentiment—life is short. Lately, my bestie has been raving about Macau, trying to convince me to go on a trip with her. She says money is meant to be spent, and as long as it makes you happy, it's worth it. Unable to resist her "torture," I decided to go to Macau with her.

The starting fare for a taxi in Macau is about 19 MOP, and they don't accept Alipay or WeChat Pay—only cash. I wouldn't recommend taking a taxi; not only is it expensive, but the payment method is also inconvenient. It's better to get some change and take the bus (unless you're a big spender, then never mind).

Walking inside, everything was resplendent. The hotel's decor used a gold color scheme, giving off an elegant, understated sense of luxury. In the center of the lobby stood a glittering armillary sphere, adorned with European-style figures and animal sculptures. The ceiling was designed like a church dome, painted with European-style oil paintings. For the first time, I felt that the combination of oil paintings and sculptures created a luxurious, vintage atmosphere. There was also a long arched corridor—overall, besides the luxurious feel, there was a romantic vibe lingering in the hotel. I personally really liked the long arched corridor; it's perfect for taking photos.

The hotel room had two clean, tidy king-size beds. The blue tones gave off a watery city feel. The dynamic shapes on the headboard and the champagne-colored wallpaper made the whole room look very stylish. The TV cabinet was placed opposite the bed, so you could lie down and watch TV. The overall arrangement in the living room gave a comfortable, relaxed feeling. You could turn on the lamps on both sides and chat or snack there—it would feel great.

There was also a desk where you could write or draw. The refrigerator in the room was a real surprise—it was fully stocked with drinks, mineral water, and everything. But one downside: everything in there costs money!!!

The bathroom was spacious, with two sinks, each equipped with a mirror, so my bestie and I could get ready together. The wet-dry separation in the bathroom was very good. What I liked most was the bathtub—I could take a bath with a glass of red wine, and that would be perfect~

The Grand Canal Shoppes is a must-visit spot in Macau, combining beautiful scenery with shops. If I hadn't known beforehand, I might have thought I was in Venice, since it's designed after the water city.

The scenery here is absolutely stunning—luxurious buildings, bustling shops, an artificial sky, and clear canals. Everything looks like scenes that only appear on TV. By the way, dramas like "Boys Over Flowers," "Princess Hours," and "Running Man" have filmed here, so I also checked out the same spots as the celebrities!

You can also experience a gondola ride—slowly floating along the canal, listening to the gondoliers' beautiful singing, watching the various shops and grand buildings on both sides—so relaxing! I'll secretly tell you that the boatmen and boatwomen are all very good-looking.

The shopping center not only has a full range of brands with great discounts but also offers promotions during holidays. Recently, there was an exclusive Sands Shopping Macau promotion with discounts up to 90% off. So many big brands were on sale, like CK Watches & Jewelry, Armani, Kiton, KWANPEN, Tory Burch, etc. Spend 250 MOP and you can get a free gondola ticket. With so many brands on sale, I underestimated my shopping power—I'm determined to get that ticket.

Passing by SWAROVSKI, I was drawn by the sparkling things. Swarovski is known for its crystal products—clear, bright, and dazzling, making you want to hold them forever. The swan pattern is the brand's iconic symbol, classic and beautiful. This store was quite conspicuous and easy to find. The interior environment was nice, and the decor style was decent. They had a wide variety of styles, and prices were reasonable. You could buy some to match with clothes, and sometimes there are discounts, making them even cheaper. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastically offering to let customers try things on.

The CHRONO series watches were pretty good—fashionable and unique designs that highlight a woman's sweet style. Simple yet luxurious in appearance, wearing them makes you look elegant and natural.

After browsing for a while, my bestie and I each bought a classic-style bracelet.

The Shoppes at Parisian is built to imitate the streets of Paris, France. Besides giving a relaxed, fashionable feel, it creates the illusion of being there—a great spot for photos~

On the third floor of The Parisian, there is an I.T store. As soon as we entered, the staff enthusiastically helped us store our shopping bags—very considerate service. Simply put, this store collects many brands in one big space. The environment was nice, with a large area and neatly arranged products, clearly categorized.

I have to say, not only were there plenty of clothing styles and types, but there was also a wide variety of shoes. Additionally, all kinds of glasses were neatly displayed. In short, there was a lot inside, worth checking out.

GUESS had huge discounts, with a slightly mature design style. The Korean-style T-shirts were made for Asian body types, and the styles felt younger and more fashionable than CK. As for the fabric, I think it's about the same. There was a huge discount sign at the entrance. The store was spacious, with a simple and elegant decor.

The store had a full range of clothing styles—basically, you could find clothes for any season here.

Time flew by, and before I knew it, the trip was ending. I felt a bit reluctant—I wanted to keep living this happy life. But my wallet was empty, so I needed to fill it up again. After all, there's no family fortune to rely on; I have to dig for my own gold. Although I didn't visit Macau's tourist attractions on this trip, I did explore the malls! The most important thing is that I came back with a full haul—bought lots of clothes, cosmetics, and such.

I'm looking forward to my next trip to Macau—to see the scenic spots and enjoy the beautiful landscapes! As for hotels, I'll choose among the Parisian Macao, Conrad Macao Cotai Central, Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central, and The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Central—all under the Sands brand. Since I've stayed at The Venetian Macao, I want to try other hotels.
