Travel has become one of the best ways for modern people to relieve life's stress. However, having a relaxing and high-quality travel experience is no simple task! First, you need to choose the right destination; second, pick the right hotel to stay in. Before departure, I researched a lot of information about Macao hotels. After careful consideration, I chose The Venetian Macao from among the Sands China properties, which also include The Parisian Macao, Conrad Macao, Sheraton Macao Hotel, and St. Regis Macao.

The Venetian Macao is a super luxury resort that combines shopping, dining, entertainment, and accommodation. The hotel covers a vast area and attracts numerous visitors with its unique exotic architectural style, making it one of Macao's iconic landmarks. Outside the hotel is an oversized artificial lake with crystal-clear water. When a breeze blows, the reflection of the buildings sways on the water, offering a unique charm.

When you step into the hotel, you'll be amazed by its luxurious and opulent interior. A shimmering armillary sphere sits at the center of the lobby, carved with Western figures. Above is a dome reminiscent of a cathedral, painted with scenes from the European Renaissance—some images you've definitely seen in history books. The entire hotel exudes a sense of vintage luxury and a strong European ambiance. Staying at such a hotel during a trip could be considered the perfect start to any journey.

I booked the豪华皇室套房 (Luxurious Royal Suite) online in advance. The room is 70 square meters, spacious and luxurious, with no sense of confinement. The overall environment is very nice; the furniture and bedding are tasteful, and the bathroom is clean. Hotel staff are always available to provide services or supplies when needed... In short, everything pleased me immensely.

The sunken living room makes the layout clearer and more spacious. The living room is fully equipped with a TV, sofa, and desk, with all furnishings complete.

The luxurious marble bathroom features a large bathtub. After a tiring day out, soaking in a comfortable bath at the hotel makes life feel wonderful!

Before leaving, I noticed on The Venetian's official website that there was a 25% discount for two consecutive nights and a 34% discount for three consecutive nights. Additionally, spending over MOP 250 at the Shoppes at Cotai Central qualifies for a free gondola ticket, plus 5 hours of free parking. This promotion runs until May 31. And if you come for shopping, you can catch huge discounts of up to 90% off on many branded items! I couldn't miss such a great deal!

The gondola ride is very popular with kids; many parents were in line with their children. After a short wait, it was my turn. Accompanied by the gondolier's melodious song, I happily drifted along the canal.

Next, let me recommend a few stores currently offering crazy discounts at The Venetian Macao shopping mall! Sisters who love shopping absolutely can't miss this part. First up is the familiar Adidas store on the 3rd floor of the Grand Canal Shoppes. They have new arrivals and discounted items—overall, the deals are quite good.

Their casual shoes and sneakers have classic designs, especially the white ones, which are very versatile! Adidas logo sandals are simple yet have a unique beauty, especially the blue ones—I fell for them at first sight!

Duty-free shops at The Venetian Macao include DFS, DFA,雅婷 (Yating), and its sister store雅丽 (Yali). Due to limited time, I mainly visited雅丽 (Yali). As soon as I entered, I saw many discounted items, making it hard to resist! The store is large with a wide range of brands—if you want it, they have it.

The sales assistant told me that selected beauty brands were running a buy-2-get-1-free promotion. Also,雅丽 (Yali) had deals on snacks, spirits, and sunglasses: the second pair of regular-priced sunglasses at 50% off. The promotion lasts until selected items sell out, so if you need to stock up, hurry to Macao, or雅丽's (Yali's) products might be gone!

Victoria's Secret is right next to the Grand Canal Piazza, a large store easy to find. Before entering, you need to sanitize your hands and have your temperature taken—safety measures are well in place.

Currently, they have a buy-1-get-1-free on selected bras, and a 25% discount on all items (including discounted ones) on weekends. Their lingerie ranks high in both style and quality.

Besides lingerie, they also carry some body care products and perfumes, which are great summer items.

When it comes to women, we can't resist handbags! Even if my bags at home are gathering dust, I can't control my feet from walking into the Charles & Keith store!

Charles & Keith bags have always been a favorite among refined women. Their bags are stylish, elegant, exquisitely crafted, and of good quality. In short, Charles & Keith is my most cherished bag brand!

By the way, this store is at Shop 804 on the 3rd floor of The Venetian Macao. Selected items have a 50% discount, and sale items get an additional 10% off. Ladies, take action if you're tempted!

Marks & Spencer is a British department store brand. This branch is on the 2nd floor of The Venetian Macao and is quite popular. M&S sells food, alcohol, tobacco, clothing, and household items—similar to chain supermarkets in Mainland China.

Here you can buy many foreign snacks at reasonable prices. Various cookies, candies, and drinks await your choice!

Macao souvenirs are famous, great as travel gifts for friends and family—not expensive and very unique. Kee Wah Bakery is on the 3rd floor of the shopping center, specializing in Hong Kong-style pastries such as wife cakes, panda cookies, and butterfly pastries, which are their signature items.

The store has many beautifully packaged gift boxes—perfect for giving and sure to impress!

They also sell freshly baked bread, which you can buy for breakfast! A reminder: you need to have cash ready here; online payments are not accepted!

I bought a wife cake to try. The outer crust was crispy, the filling rich but not greasy—I wanted more after finishing one!

A trip to Macao wouldn't be complete without visiting Rua do Cunha for traditional Macanese food. You must try Ho Weng Kei's signature prawn roe noodles and water crab congee.

The shop is small, with a clean environment and a menu full of variety—a paradise for food lovers!

The thin noodles with prawn roe have a roasted shrimp flavor. The water crab congee is super generous, smooth, and slightly sweet.

Following the signs, I soon arrived at the Casa Museu da Taipa (Taipa Houses-Museum)!

The low Portuguese-style houses contrast sharply with the tall modern buildings in the distance. The Taipa Houses-Museum seems like a symbol of past history. Here, you can slow down and feel the moment.

The green walls and white window frames are stunning under the sunlight—so beautiful you can't look away! I've heard many people choose to take wedding photos here, and I think it's indeed very suitable!

If I had to pick the top ten most beautiful views in Macao, the night view of Macao's hotels would definitely be on my list. See for yourself! The glittering Venetian Macao looks like a fairy castle on water, adding life to the dull night!

The neighboring The Parisian Macao doesn't want to be outdone. The colorful Eiffel Tower is so dreamy! Like a versatile magician, it creates miracles when you least expect it!

With such a beautiful Eiffel Tower, how can you not fall in love with this city? It would be a shame not to capture it all with your phone!

Through this trip, I learned that effort and reward go hand in hand. For example, because I prepared well in advance, my itinerary went smoothly and my happiness along the way greatly increased! So, as long as you plan well, you'll have a great time! If you're all lazy patients, you can also refer to my sharing! Since returning from Macao, I've been heavily recommending The Venetian to my friends. After all, only by experiencing it firsthand can you know if a hotel is good or not. Don't you agree?
