Chatting with colleagues, I mentioned I wanted to visit Macau over the weekend. Unexpectedly, two colleagues immediately wanted to join me. Although we are in Zhuhai and traveling to and from Macau is relatively convenient, we all agreed to stay one night in Macau to enhance the travel experience. Macau has many luxury hotels, and under the Sands China umbrella alone, there are The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, Conrad Macao Cotai Central, Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, St. Regis Macao, and others. These hotels have good reputations online. After discussion, the three of us chose The Venetian Macao, which offers an Italian-style experience!

The Venetian Macao is a luxury hotel under Sands China, featuring a shopping mall, gourmet restaurants, and various entertainment facilities. The hotel is located in a bustling area of Macau with convenient transportation and stunning scenery. Take the architecture of The Venetian Macao itself—it's colorful, uniquely shaped, and full of European charm. Seeing the hotel surrounded by an artificial lake truly feels like being in the water city of Venice—indescribably wonderful.

I must say, The Venetian Macao is the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in during my travels. The opulent interior dazzles the eyes. The golden armillary sphere looks very solemn from afar; up close, you'll find lifelike figures carved on it, showcasing superb craftsmanship.

We booked the luxurious Beli Suite two days in advance on the hotel's official website and caught a promotion, enjoying a 20% discount! Hotels under Sands China all have stay promotions, such as a 25% discount for two consecutive nights and a 34% discount for three nights. Since we were only staying in Macau for two days and one night, we only got the 20% discount—a bit of a pity! So if you're planning a trip to Macau and have ample time, it's worth staying more nights because the 34% discount for three nights is rare!

The luxurious Beli Suite is perfect for group travelers. The room has two beds that can sleep four people, plus a sunken living room. The living room includes a sofa, desk, TV—everything you need! With high-quality furniture and a European-style interior design, the room feels very posh and reflects a pursuit of quality living.

The bathroom is Italian-style, with marble that looks very upscale. It features a vanity, washbasin, bathtub, shower area, and a separate toilet—very spacious. Staying in such a quality hotel during a trip really boosts happiness!

After being so satisfied with the room, my friend and I couldn't wait to go shopping. This time, we mainly planned to buy cosmetics, clothes, and shoes. We had prepared a shopping guide in advance, hoping for a fruitful trip.

Yali Duty-Free is located at Shop 203, 3rd Floor, St. Leo Street, The Venetian Mall. It's easy to find using the Sands Indoor Navigation App. Let's talk about the store environment first: it's very clean, products are neatly arranged, and there are clear sections. The interior is bright with a simple and stylish design.

The store carries beauty products, skincare products, as well as various snacks, spirits, and sunglasses. Currently, Yali has a promotion: buy 2 get 1 free on selected beauty brands, spirits, and snack full-price items, and 50% off on the second pair of full-price sunglasses. The promotion has no specific end date—it lasts until the specified items are sold out. If you're going to Macau soon, keep an eye on Yali's promotions. You can also ask the staff for details; they'll be happy to help!

After buying skincare, our next stop was clothes. When we saw Stradivarius, my colleague and I debated the Chinese name for a while but couldn't get it right. The correct Chinese name is 斯特拉迪瓦里斯—isn't it hard to pronounce? It's also a foreign brand. Personally, I feel the clothing style leans towards young women, suitable for Asian girls.

The fabric quality is great! And there's a promotion: many clothes are 50% off, making them a good deal.

How could we miss Zara during a season change? They have a wide variety of trendy styles—simple, elegant, and available in all sizes. I can't think of a better clothing store to spend a lot of time in than Zara.

The black doll top is very cute. It's perfect for hiding extra weight—black is slimming and versatile. Since it's a three-quarter sleeve, it's great for spring, summer, and autumn, making it a very good value.

Zara's fitting room is a great place for photos, with a large full-length mirror.

A quick stroll through the Grand Canal Shoppes reveals that almost every store has discounts! Puma is on the 3rd floor of the Grand Canal Shoppes. Before even reaching the store, I saw a huge "Buy One Get One Free" poster—very tempting!

Puma's shoes are really good-looking, with bold color combinations and a strong sense of fashion!

These purple sneakers look especially youthful and vibrant. After trying them on, I couldn't bear to take them off!

Adidas is right next to Puma. If you're looking for shoes or sports gear, don't miss it. After visiting one, you can go to the other—you're sure to find your favorite styles and stock up on sports equipment for the year.

Shopping at stores with discounts is really satisfying. The three of us tried on many pairs of shoes and ended up each picking a pair of sneakers, plus some trendy slippers.

Lastly, I must say that Adidas' white sneakers go well with any outfit.

I had seen the brand Lululemon in malls on the mainland before but never went in. This time, the fresh-colored sportswear in the window caught my curiosity, so I went in. According to the staff, it's an Italian yoga sportswear brand.

They have yoga wear, sports bras, and I especially recommend their yoga pants—they feel non-constrictive. If you love exercise and practice yoga for fitness and shaping, you must get a pair!

There are many styles of sports bras, and the staff are professional—they'll recommend suitable styles based on your needs. If you want workout wear that's not only comfortable but also stylish, this brand is worth getting.

Besides shopping at the Grand Canal Shoppes, the scenery here is not to be missed. The sky is as beautiful as a paradise, and the canals are lined with exotic architecture. Everywhere you look is stunningly beautiful. Here's a photo of my colleague!

After enjoying the scenery, it was naturally time for food. For dinner, we chose a Chinese restaurant called Northern Supreme. It's located at Shop 1015, Ground Floor of the hotel, near the East Lobby. From afar, you can see a sea of red—the restaurant is decorated with Chinese elements, with red lanterns hanging high and wooden chairs. As soon as you enter, you feel a sense of warmth, surrounded by Chinese red.

The menu is diverse, offering Sichuan, Northern, and Southern cuisine. One of my colleagues is from Chengdu, Sichuan, and loves spicy food. She was as excited as if she were going home! Haha!

The potstickers have thick skins but are chewy. They also have xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) for those who prefer them.

We didn't expect to find Shaanxi oil-splashed noodles! This restaurant really offers variety and is very down-to-earth!

The garlic white meat is their signature dish. I'm not a fan of garlic, but my colleague said it's tasty and insisted I try it. The candied sweet potato can be ordered with half banana and half sweet potato. I prefer the banana—it melts in the mouth, and the fruit fragrance combined with the sweet sugar strands stimulate my taste buds.

The stir-fried lamb in pita bread is a very authentic Northern dish. The lamb is tender, and the pita bread is crispy. There's also Beijing crispy duck—the duck is fried and served with cucumber strips and sweet sauce. Wrap them together, and you can finish one in two bites—very satisfying!

For those who love spicy food, I recommend their boiled fish fillets, boiled beef, and mouth-watering chicken. They are numbingly spicy and utterly addictive!

Finally, I must tell you that the promotions at The Shoppes at Cotai Central are really generous. Many items come with extra discounts and even additional discounts. I'm not sure when the promotions will end, but I hope they're still ongoing when I visit Macau next time! Oh, and if you want to know the latest deals, you can check the Venetian Macao website, which has all the info on hotels, shopping, and dining. If you're intrigued, hurry up and seize the rare deals in Macau!
